The holiday home is a terraced house and furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the garden and the quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, and courtyard.

Labin, district Bartici. The holiday house is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. End-of-terrace house. Access is via a side road. Parking on the property. Parking not fenced.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late October 4 m x 6 m 1.50 m deep).

Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Vermieters, die ruhige Umgebung. Gemütliches, sauberes Haus. Das Bett ist bequem. Der Garten und der Pool wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Eine schöne große Terrasse, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter.
