Super cute place

The apartment is very nice with everything you need. Communication with Ronald was excellent. I loved hearing that he grew up in this apartment! Next time we come back, I hope to stay in one of his other apartments located by the beach! Thanks for a great stay on our first trip to Croatia!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jede Frage wurde beantwortet. Das einzige was nicht so optimal war, dass sich die eine Schlafzimmertür nicht schließen lies. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Check in ging reibungslos. Und wir haben auch viele Informationen über den Vermieter erhalten zum Beispiel die besten Strände, Einkaufszentren, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und würden gerne noch mal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und von sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen vermietet. Es ist alles vorhanden und man kann gut zu Fuß einkaufen oder in die Altstadt von Labin gehen.

Die Wohnung haben wir genauso vorgefunden wie auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Handtücher und Badetücher wurden bereitgestellt. Sehr gefallen hat uns, dass sich das Apartment mitten in Labin befindet. Auch der Gastgeber Ronald war sehr nett. In der Umgebung haben wir schöne kleine Buchten zum Verweilen gefunden. Einziges Manko war, dass man mit einem großen Auto schlecht in Garage und Garten kommt. Da mussten wir etwas rangieren. Alles in Allem aber ein gelungener Urlaub in schönem Ambiente.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Das Appartament und die Umgebung sind super. Ronald ist der beste Gastgeber, den wir bis jetzt hatten. Er gibt wertvolle Tipps über die Umgebung (Strände, Essen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.) und ist sonst auch sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Sehr schöner Urlaub

Es ist ein sehr schöner Urlaub gewesen und unser Gastgeber Ronald hat sich extrem gut um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns eine Vielzahl an Tipps rund um den Aufenthalt und zu allen möglichen Ausflügen gegeben. Hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei gewesen. Zu allen Fragen war er immer erreichbar und er hat sich immer sehr schnell gemeldet. Eines der vielen Highlights in dem Urlaub ist auch seine Einladung zu einem Ausflug mit seinem Boot gewesen. Dieser Ausflug ist sehr schön gewesen und dadurch haben wir auch schöne Buchten gesehen, die wir so nicht erreicht hätten. Die Beschreibung hat dem voll uns ganz entsprochen und durch die zentrale Lage in Labin waren die Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allem in allem war es für uns ein super schöner Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat einwandfrei geklappt. Ruhige Lage, tolle Wohnung

Sehr ruhige Lage, etwas versteckt aber Ronald hat uns persönlich empfangen und hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und hat einen schönen Garten und Terrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und in die Altstadt von Labin läuft man 10 Minuten, zwar Berg auf 😊.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Labin . Ferienohnung in guter Lage

Ronald hat uns persönilich empfangen und hat uns alles gezeigt.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Garten. Der Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und in die Altstadt von Labin läuft man 10 Minuten. Nach Pula ,Rovinj oder Porec fährt man ca 1Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Labin . Der Kontakt mit Ronald lief völlig problemlos und er hat uns bei allen unseren Anliegen unterstützt. Auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen Dank für Alles.

Erster Urlaub in Instrien

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Roland hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und uns alles erklärt. Auch haben wir sehr viele Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgeben erhalten. Das war sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Markt und kann dort alles für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen. Man ist aber auch super schnell im benachbarten Discounter. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet und durch die Klimaanlage auch angenehm zu temperieren. Auch die Größe passt gut für eine 4köpfige Familie, wie wir es sind. Da wir oft gekocht haben, hätten wir noch ein paar Kochutensilien gebrauchen können. Es ging aber auch so. Zum Strand muss man allerdings immer mit dem Auto fahren. Das war wegen der Parkplatzsuche etwas nervig. Wir haben aber immer einen bekommen (großer Parkplatz Girandella). Wir kommen gerne wieder.
