Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Separate toilet not heatable and with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pula. The holiday home is situated on a 200 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a secondary road (paved). Parking on the property.
