Summer Vacation

Literally 500 meters from the sea. Clean, new, and so easy to get to. The landlord was so nice and helpful. You will not find a better place to stay in town.

Good location but pictures in the add are not up to date

We spend a couple of days in Medulin and enjoyed the location close to the beaches. However the presented pictures are not up to date and the flat needs minor renovations. The owner is very friendly. In total the accommodation is nice but not as good as expected.

In der Nebensaison ruhige Lage ganz in der Nähe des Meeres. Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett und es hat alles unkompliziert geklappt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Verwalterin war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Während unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr ruhig. Das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir haben das tolle Wetter und die schöne Gegend in absolut genossen. Medulin ist eine Reise wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ein Stück weg vom Ortszentrum, was wir aber gerade als angenehm empfanden. Meerblick ja, aber… Wohnung ist in der zweiten Häuserreihe, wenn man von der Terrasse die Straße hinunterschaut, sieht man ein Stück Meer. Wasser ist dafür nur 100 Meter entfernt.

Sauberes, großzügiges Appartement. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten Gehdistanz zum Meer, zum Sandstrand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten.

Wir hatten eine traumhaften Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Diana die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht, dass es Allen gut geht. Sie kümmert sich schnell und absolut unkompliziert. Wir werden diesen Urlaub auf jeden Fall in besonderer Erinnerung behalten. 1000 Dank dafür.

Familien Strandurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen prima Meerblick und in wenigen Minuten war man im Wasser. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen wird sofort geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

14 Tage Familienurlaub

Wir, Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern, haben diese schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung für 14Tage gemietet. Check in ist normal ab 15:00. Wir durften schon vorher einziehen, nachdem alles sauber war. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch Diana, die uns über alles sehr freundlich informierte konnten wir unseren Urlaub beginnen. Unsere Wohnung im Obergeschoss bot einen herrlichen Ausblick direkt auf das Meer, das in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar war. Es war ein schöner entspannter Urlaub Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Jedoch würden wir uns bei unserem nächsten Besuch ein Fahrrad mitbringen bzw eines mieten um Einkäufe ohne Auto erledigen zu können. Danke nochmal an Diana, unsere Vermieterin.
