About this property

Villa - Gulf of Saint tropez

Our family home "La Rincelette" was built and maintained by us.
It is a place where friends and family have gathered for several generations. In the middle of a 3000m² property with large trees, close to the sea, it is a restful place to stay.
The house has a surface area of 140m² and is all on one level.

Close to Sainte-Maxime, it comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which has two double beds, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
The fourth bedroom is independent. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a private bathroom with an Italian-style shower and WC.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, there are 2 dining tables, a plancha and sun loungers. We also provide a table tennis table, board games, books and an umbrella bed.
For those returning from the beach, there is an outdoor shower.
Your vehicles will be parked inside the property.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. We can provide you with a draw sheet, tea towels and bath mat.

We have chosen to give priority to swimming in the sea and not to install a swimming pool.
There are 2 beaches within 15 minutes' walk of the house, one of which is dedicated to the estate.
To get there, you cross the Beauvallon golf course, which has 18 holes and a restaurant open to all. For golf enthusiasts, the course offers highly technical and enjoyable rounds.

We accept rentals for a minimum of 1 week from Friday to Friday from July to August.
Then from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday from September to October.

We can discuss the day of arrival if you have no other choice.

A security deposit of 2000€ by cheque will be required and will be returned to you on your departure, if the house is returned as it was on your arrival.

Tourist tax is included in the rental price.
