This villa enjoys a nice view over the Gulf of St. Tropez located on a 5' walk from the nearest beach "La Croisette" through the Botanic Park of Ste. Maxime.
The city center can be reached after a 15' walk along the sea.There you'll find a lot of restaurants, bars ,shops...You can also take a boat there for St.Tropez.
The house is situated South West, sunny all day, with in the garden beautiful pine trees where you can find some shade.
There are 2 swimming pools in the closed guarded residence .
The biggest one at 50m from the house, the second-one at 150m.,each one with a
pool-beach and chairs where it's nice to stay a while
You'll get a digicode to enter both pools.

The villa consists of:
A living/dining room opening on a large terrace, facing the sea,
with BBQ,large dining table, chairs and sun beams.
A kitchen with all facilities
1st. bedroom(1.60m) with private bathroom & large terrace with sea view.

2nd. bedroom(1.60m) with terrace on garden ,with outside shower, and lateral sea view.
3th. bedroom(2x0,90m)
1 bathroom with walk-in shower.
1 mezzanine with sea view :bed(1.60m)
2 separate toilets.

Bed linen, bath towels and beach towel provided Per person/week 20 Euro to pay at arrival at the house.

Lovely house in a great location, wonderful view and position overlooking bay

Very well equipped house, so nice to spend time on terrace, huge shared pool never too busy, short walk ( or drive as steep hill) to beach and town, a most enjoyable stay, would return, thank you!

Really nice and tidy house

We stayed with two families (including 4 children at the age of 3 and 6) and really enjoyed it. The house is nice, very tidy, and has flair. There is everything you need and more. Pool is nearby, reachable by a short walk through a small pine forest which smells really nice. We really recommend the pleasant stay in this villa!

A very nice with amazing view

Our family, in total 7 persons had a very nice stay in the house. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. We spent many hours on the amazing terrace with a fantastic view over the sea. Another positive thing was a very nice pool close to the house. We spent most hours daytime on the beach but it was very good to have the option with the pool also. Our family give best recommendations for this house.

Lovely stay in St Maxime

We stayed a family of 4 (kids 17 & 19) and two of our kids friends. The villa was spacious and extremely clean with all facilities you could need (from coffee to condiments and products for washing facilities) not to mention a lovely welcome bottle of Rosé! The villa was secure, safe and had the most fantastic view of the bay of St Tropez as well as the beautiful yachts! A very short walk from the sandy beaches of St Maxime. St Maxime itself is highly recommended as is a boat trip to St Tropez which only takes 20mins. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return!!

Sehr schönes Objekt mit super Aussicht aufs Meer von der riesigen Terasse, die wir sehr genossen haben. Die zwei Pools sind jeweils in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen und auch am Meer ist man fussläufig ganz fix.

La maison est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Excellent accueil de Roberte qui a très bien géré les problèmes de lit bébé de dernière minute.. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.. Il ne manque que la climatisation pour les soirs de grande chaleur.. Rien a dire

Magnifiques vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances en famille dans cette maison! Emplacement idéal avec une vue mer idyllique ! La maison est extrêmement bien équipée : vaisselle, couverts, plats, saladiers… nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, la vue mer en plus. C’est une maison où l’on se sent tout de suite bien et à l’aise! Chacun son espace : chambre parentale vue mer avec salle de bains et juste en face la chambre des enfants. Tout est très bien agencé. Nous avons profité tous les jours de la belle terrasse et des piscines qui sont situées juste à côté de la maison. L’absence de transat ne pose aucun problème car les chaises mises à disposition sont confortables et en nombre suffisant. La piscine est calme et propre. Tout était parfait ! Seul petit bémol : l’absence de climatisation. Nous avons souffert de la chaleur la nuit pendant le Dome de chaleur même s’il y a toujours un petit air frais. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous remercions aussi Roberte qui œuvre pour que tout soit impeccable a l’arrivée des hôtes!

Une superbe maison

Aucune surprise par rapport à l'annonce. Une très belle maison, très pratique avec la piscine à deux pas (moins d'une minute montre en main), les plages à 5mn à travers le parc. Comme évoqué dans d'autres avis les commerces ne sont pas au coin de la rue, mais ça c'est comme partout et la circulation estivale n'arrange rien mais en voiture c'est entre 5 et 10mn pour atteindre le carrefour Market donc c'est très pratique. La vue de la terrasse sur la baie est superbe. Le seul bémol qui a déjà été signalé c'est l’absence de climatisation. Les nuits sont chaudes et les ventilateurs ne permettent pas (dans mon cas en tout cas) de passer une nuit relaxante. C'est vraiment la seule chose qui manque à cette maison. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Une petite mention spéciale pour Roberte qui nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et bienveillance.

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Urlaub, in welchem der Erholungswert wichtig ist. Es ist ruhig und gemütlich und bietet fast alles was man braucht. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut. Einzig zu bemängeln sind die beiden Pools in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Wasser enthält viel zu viel Chlor und man ist da total eingeschränkt, keinerlei Spiele erlaubt, man darf nicht tauchen mit Taucherbrille usw. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Eine Woche Familienurlaub

Wir konnten eine herrliche Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Lage optimal. Bei uns kamen alle drei Generationen voll auf ihre Kosten. Vor allem die abgesperrten Pools sind für Familien sehr vorteilhaft.

un petit paradis

Nous étions 8 mais chacun peut avoir son espace. Equipement de la maison au top ; la vue est superbe avec un défilé de bateaux dans le golfe, un vrai spectacle ….et puis la mer change de couleur tous les jours. Peu de monde à la piscine, plage à 10 mn , terrain de tennis , jardin botanique, emplacement ideal . On oublie la voiture. Merci
