SĂ©jour correct, bien que quelques points soient Ă  amĂ©liorer, probablement en raison d’une forte demande Ă  cette pĂ©riode. L’hĂŽte a toutefois fait preuve d’une bonne rĂ©activitĂ©. À noter que la maison est divisĂ©e en deux appartements indĂ©pendants, sans liaison entre eux, ce qui mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce, car il n’y a qu’une seule adresse. Quelques Ă©quipements manquants : pas de torchon ni de mode d’emploi pour le four. Le quartier est agrĂ©able et sĂ©curisĂ©. Concernant le stationnement, la place dans la cour est peu entretenue avec de gros trous, mais il y a suffisamment de places disponibles aux alentours.
