Great terrace and view.

Nice living room and terrace but, overall, the apartment had not been properly cleaned for a long time.There was no hot water in the kitchen as the water from the tap was just a trickle.Towels were not good.Kitchen cupboards need cleaned out.Apartment needs a lot of attention to make it a really good place.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir reisten mit dem Zug an und die Wohnung ist in 10 Min. Zu Fuss entfernt. Durch die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Wohnungseigentümerin per Whatsapp war die Schlüsselübergabe schnell erledigt. Wir durften sogar schon eine Stunde früher rei. Saubere Betten.Saubere Badezimmer und eine Mega Aussicht. Nur die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen,doch darüber konnten wir hinwrg sehen.Und der Hund durf durfte auch mit. Das gibt ein zusätzliches Sternchen. Wit kommen nächstes Jahr aug jeden Fall wueder...Versprochen!!!

Very 60's decor, no a/c, only 1 fan in the master bedroom, no mosquito nets. Kitchen and bathrooms need updating. Will not be staying again.

LA VUE cache un appartement bien moyen...

La porte de l'appartement ouverte, on est tout de suite attiré et em-ba-llé par la terrasse et la vue magnifique qui correspond tout à fait à la photo! Notre esprit ne garde que cela en tête et, dans un premier temps, on ne voit pas le reste.... L'accueil se fait en cinq minutes sur la terrasse: un des deux stores- bannes du balcon est cassé (et avec les journées à plus de 30°, c'est déjà dommage!). Malheureusement, nous n'aurons de positif pour cet appartement que la vue et sa situation à cinq minutes du centre, du remblai,de la gare, du supermarché et que le vaste salon-salle à manger qui donne sur la terrasse spacieuse. Et ce ne sont que ces points qui font louer cet appartement à ce prix! Les points négatifs: Problème d'isolation pour cet appartement au dernier étage: il y fait toujours chaud même les baies vitrées ouvertes la nuit (les bruits de la ville et du train montent et les nuits ne sont pas du tout réparatrices), pas de climatisation/ La chambre avec les lits superposés est un vrai placard sans fenêtre qui s'ouvre en entier (nous avons du mettre deux lits dans le salon!), même pour deux enfants/ Un seul bain de soleil sur le balcon, 3 chiliennes sont cassées/ Pas de four, en panne!/ La literie d'une des chambres est défectueuse et forme un creux, les autres sont moyennes/ Manque d'hygiène dans deux salles de bain avec un problème de débit d'eau tout comme dans deux des toilettes/ Les canapés en rotin repeints et recouverts de tissus mériteraient un véritable rafraîchissement. C'est vraiment dommage car cet appartement pourrait vraiment être superbe!
