Come enjoy our home on 1.5 acres in beautiful Brookhaven hamlet. In addition to four large bedrooms and a home-gym, there is a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room that seats 12, and a great room with a wood-burning fireplace. Step out onto the deck to our outdoor livingroom and enclosed screenhouse. There is also a 30'x 50' river rock playground and treehouse for the kids and a large pool with a 75' lap lane for swimming. Brookhaven is a short drive to the beach, a train ride away from NYC and just close enough to wine country to make a drive out to Montauk or the Hamptons a day-trip.

A quiet, rustic community close to many great restaurants and bars, beaches, and marinas. Surrounded by nature preserves and trails, there are endless opportunities to enjoy the beauty of this seaside gem. Ride a bike down the road to nearby Bellport village. It offers a variety of shopping and dining opportunities, along with one of the most well-known summer theatres in the region, the Gateway Playhouse. Bellport is one of the rare municipalities with its own golf course and tennis complex, an ocean side beach and a bayside beach.
