This charming terraced house on different levels is located in the heart of the small and characteristic Ligurian village of Serra di Lerici and offers an enchanting view of the famous Golfo dei Poeti. The area offers countless activities and attractions: In addition to excursions on foot or by bike along the numerous and impressive paths of the nearby Montemarcello Park, golf lovers will find a golf club about 6 km away, dominating the impressive Gulf of Lerici and its castle, whose profile seems to rise out of the sea. Here you are in one of the most popular and praised areas of the great literature of the 19th and 20th centuries (Byron and Shelley are an example of this), within the famous "Golfo dei Poeti", a colourful, unique and impressive coast with its green hills and crystal clear waters. The Versilia coast, with the famous town of Forte dei Marmi for shopping lovers, can be reached by car in just over an hour. And finally, the spectacular landscape of the villages of the "Cinque Terre", which can be reached both by train from La Spezia and by boat from the small harbour of Lerici via Portovenere with the archipelago of the island of Palmaria, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The accommodation consists of a living room, a dining room and a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom accessible via a steep wooden staircase with access to a small terrace overlooking Tellaro and Fiascherino. Garage on request when booking, 300 metres from the accommodation (payment on site).

Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour cependant divers aspects nous on très déçus. Tout d’abord, la communication avec l’interlocutrice était très mauvaise. Il est écrit qu’elle parle plusieurs langues hors aucune langue possible hormis l’italien. (Même pas un peu anglais).De plus le respect des heures de départ et d’arrivées ne sont pas respectées nous avons du laisser le logement seul à notre départ. Lors d’un contact au préalable nous avons en voulu en savoir plus sur le stationnement mais en vain pas de réponse claire. L’appartement n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée (à l’heure) draps pas fait, serviettes en train de sécher, serpillère en attente..Certain détails de l’annonce sont mensongés, distance à pied des plages et restaurants, stationnement qui est très compliqué. Le logement est conforme à la description ! En revanche énormément d’éléments son cassés. (Chaise, verres, parasols, transats..) Petit détail en plus il est demander 3€ par jour pour l’électricité hors il est indiqué 2,5 kw/h. Pour finir Novasol ne prend pas au sérieux nos remarques. Nous recommandons donc ce logement pour tout courageux voulant combler ses vacances de petits détails pesant.

Traumhaft gelegenes Häuschen in einem wunderschönen Ort mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern und einer fantastischen Dachterrasse mit phänomenalem Blick aufs Meer. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Natur, entspannte Meertage im fußläufig über viele Stufen nach unten gut erreichbaren Lerici und Bootsfahrten nach Porto Venere und Cinque Terre. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Grazie mille!

Ein wunderschöner Ort

Diese Gegend ist definitiv eine Reise Wert. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht inklusive Aussicht. Es ist direkt in einer Gasse von La Serra, einem kleinen Ort der oberhalb von Lerici auf dem Berg liegt. Es sind dort nur Einheimische, kaum Touristen. Aber in den Gassen ist es auch laut, da die Menschen dort leben. Aufgrund der tollen Lage, der wunderbaren Aussicht und der entspannten Atmosphäre aber durchaus vertretbar. Es gibt einen Bus nach Lerici. Mehrere Fußwege führen von La Serra runter an die Strände. Ein besonderer, sehr kleiner Strand ist La Caletta, eingebettet in eine Schlucht. Ans Treppen steigen gewöhnt man sich 😉 Tellaro darf man auch nicht verpassen! Wir fahren in diese Gegend sicherlich noch öfter. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vielfalt ist grandios. Viel Spaß!
