Bright apartment in a sail-shaped apartment house, on the beach of Marotta, an old fishing port where the fresh catch of fish is sold in the morning. About 10 meters from a pebble beach. From the panoramic terrace the view extends over a long stretch of coastline all the way to Senigallia. At the back, about 20 m away, runs a railroad line. Restaurant with pool, snack bar with sea specialties, bar and pizzeria about 20 m away. The village of Marotta boasts the "Blue Flag", which stands for pure water. Distances: Senigallia 9 km, Fano 10 km. Distances: Senigallia 1,5 km; Fano 10 km; Riccione, an important center of the Riviera, 55 km.
