Haus im Grünen

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist rustikal aber sehr gepflegt. Super Lage. Leider musste zwei mal der Techniker kommen weil die Elektrik nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist.

NON ADATTA A FAMIGLIE CON BAMBINI

Purtroppo la casa era molto lontana dal centro abitato e soprattutto dalla descrizione e dalle fotografie non si evince che la casa ha delle caratteristiche molto pericolose per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Dal piano inferiore a quello superiore si accede su una scala senza corrimano e si arriva ad una porta alta poco più di 165cm con il rischio continuo di batterci la testa se non si ha la premura di abbassarsi prima di accedervi. Anche le porte delle altre camere sono tutte molto basse quindi poco adatte a persone di statura media di 175 cm in su. Peccato

Mi dispiace che non vi siate trovati a vostro agio e che non abbiate compreso il fascino della casa. Tipicamente i nostri ospiti la scelgono proprio perché cercano un posto tranquillo lontano dal caos dei centri abitati. Le informazioni sulla posizione della casa sono pubbliche e fruibili da tutti. La invito dunque ad informarsi meglio prima di decidere di affittare una casa. Per quanto riguarda l’aspetto della casa, negli ultimi 20 anni abbiamo avuto centinaia di ospiti e tutti si sono trovati bene e soprattutto hanno apprezzato lo stile rustico della casa. Lo stile della casa non è mai stato nascosto dalle foto, al contrario è stato sempre valorizzato visto che, assieme alla sua posizione, è il motivo principale per cui la nostra casa viene scelta. Rispetto alla presunta pericolosità della casa, l’unica porta bassa è quella che arriva al piano superiore, ma con la dovuta attenzione nessuno si è mai fatto male. Per una maggiore sicurezza abbiamo aggiunto anche delle bande segnaletiche. Le altre porte sono invece di una misura standard. Io sono alto 1.88cm e le assicuro che non ho mai dovuto chinare la testa. Ad ogni modo, ognuno ha il suo pensiero e ciò viene rispettato. Tuttavia debbo ricordarle che tra i due, quello che non ha adempiuto ai termini del contratto stipulato con Vrbo è stato lei, visto che non ha versato il saldo della sua prenotazione, pari al 75% del costo totale della prenotazione.

Soggiorno rilassante in rustico

Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la posizione dell’immobile, comodo al mare e all’entroterra; la quiete e il panorama che si gode dalla casa, poi, hanno fatto il resto! Ringraziamo per la cordiale accoglienza Katia e Patrizio.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Abseitig gelegen, deshalb mit einer schönen Fernsicht vom Balkon....... Einiges hat nicht funktioniert (WLAN, Heißwasser am letzten Tag......) Ich hab mich dort wohlgefühlt. Der Service war prima.

"We are very positive abo...

"We are very positive about this house. The owner Patrizio is very friendly, the house was perfectly clean when we arrived and the location is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and on the balcony during the evening. This balcony behind the kitchen, with a spectacular view, can not be found on one of the pictures. Highly recommanded."

L''accueil est chaleureux et les promenades à faire sont nombreuses dans cette région qui dispose de la mer, de la montagne et d''une très belle campagne. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons passé là de très heureuses vacances."
