Puunoa Beach Estates is one of Lahaina's best-kept secrets. This exclusive, 10-unit gated boutique resort is nestled on Baby Beach just two blocks from downtown Lahaina. Baby Beach, otherwise known as Puunoa Point is famous for soft white sand and tranquil waters. The outer reef protects this point from the waves making it ideal for snorkeling. The lanai of Unit 103 offers direct access to the edge of the water affording endless possibilities without having to get in a car.

This spacious 3-bedroom is located on the first floor, which allows direct access to Baby Beach. No stairs and no need to walk all the way around the resort for beach access. The unit boasts views of the ocean that are truly remarkable. Sunsets, moonsets, and whale watching are all part of the itinerary here. At Puunoa Beach Estates you have full permission to put your feet up and sit in stillness. When inspired to explore you can bike, walk, roll, swim or paddle into town for dining, shopping, live music, art, history, harbor, or watersports.

Puunoa 103 marries modern design elements with fine Koa wood finishes that reflect an authentic Lahaina Beach house experience. A generous 1,700sq feet condo is luxuriously appointed featuring King size beds that beckon lounging with good books and afternoon naps. Every bedroom includes high-end linens, a flat-screen TV, and all the style you could hope for in this beachy-chic condo. Also included for added convenience is a washer and dryer. Each of the two bathrooms comes with large walk-in showers, including an oversized soaking tub in the master bedroom (Bubbles anyone?). Speaking of bubbles, unit 103 dawns a gorgeous fully stocked gourmet kitchen for entertaining friends or preparing meals with family. Beautiful and easy!

We had a wonderful time at the condo, pool, beach and hot tub! The rain didn’t even stop our enjoyment. Great location, close to town, turtles in the water out back … what more can you ask for?

Lovely Villa

We stayed in this lovely villa during our wedding trip to Maui. It was a perfect Hawaiian retreat but close to all the action in Lahaina. This is a popular spot for families so there were a lot of kids at the resort. Other than the shouting kids next door it was the perfect Hawaiian vacation Villa.

This is the place to be if you are staying in Lahaina. The condo has been thoroughly renovated and is just steps from the beach. Christmas in Maui

This property far exceeded our expectations. It had recently been remodeled and no detail was overlooked. The location was fantastic, close to Lahaina but also felt secluded. The views and grounds were amazing and the managemnet company was extremely attentive. Could not recommend high enough, 5 stars across the board.

Wonderful place!! Perfect location, thoughtfully furnished and beautifully decorated. Only needs beverage coasters (for games at the wooden crab table) and pls put the address and gate code in the guest notebook so we dont have to dig for it to share with others. The decor in this unit is really well done. Being on the ground floor was nice for our young twin boys as they could open the back door and play on the lawn or the beach. My Perfect Stays made the arrangements for this condo a smooth transaction. They were very responsive to any questions or requests that I had.

This was a perfect set up for me, my wife and our four kids (10,8,4, and 2). The beach was super calm because of the reef and aptly named Baby Beach. The condo is beautiful inside and has everything you need. We would 100% stay there again. They even turned the lights on for us because we were arriving at night. The management team was fantastic!

Everything about this place is amazing! I truly wanted to pinch myself. It is beautifully decorated with a spa like feeling. It has comfy beds with silky sheets. It is a few steps to the beach or the pool which are both out of a magazine. Couldn't talk high enough about this place. It was a dream trip for our family. We can't believe a place like this exists.

The perfect Maui stay!

All I can say is WOW!!! My family and I were amazed at how beautiful and perfect this place was. We loved being able to wake up and be steps away from the perfect beach for our young kids! The place was stunning, clean and very well equipped. In fact, it even has a booster chair, pack and play as well as a few kid toys which was a nice surprise. We loved sitting outside in the mornings drinking coffee and letting the kids play in the nice grass in front. Honestly, it was just a perfect place!

Perfect Lahaina family vacation

AMAZING!!! Even better than the photos. The property is beautiful and perfect. Opens up to the ocean and lots of sea turtles right in your front yard ocean. A ten minute walk to front street. Could not ask for anything else, just perfection! We will go back there as often as possible. Mahalo for sharing this with us!

Perfect Spot in Lahaina

Between the position on the beach at Baby Beach and the casual stroll to the heart of Lahaina, the location of this place could not be eat. The house was immaculate, luxurious and well appointed. My biggest complaint would have to be the lack of a lime press. Thank you!

The only negatives were occasional noise from other renters in this resort complex and people on the beach in front of us and the lack of pantry basics like sugar and cooking oil.

The new remodel is insane!

Third time back and wow - what a remodel. It is fresh, clean, with new furniture, new everything, new amenities and bath stuff -- the new tub and showers are so nice. SO wonderful to have a bunk bed in the new third bedroom, it looks like the room was always there. Same amazing beach right out the door. Baby beach in Maui No Ka Oi!

Excellent in every way. My family was over the moon about this property. remodel was first rate. Wake up, breakfast on the Lanai, Paddleboard in the still of the morning, turtles, Pool, Hot Tub, walk into Lahinia for dinner and gelato. If it's in your price range...... I can't give it a higher recommendation.

DREAM - STEPS FROM PARADISE

This property is amazing. Hands down my favorite beach in Maui. No need to go anywhere else. Can walk to lots of restaurants or short drive to everything. Snorkeling, view, ease of use. It's turtle soup out there! Kids played on the lawn and beach non-stop. We took walks on the beach after dark with a drink in hand! Accommodations were awesome and I hear they are renovating the property this fall -- SO WE WILL BE COMING BACK! My Perfect Stays hit it out of the park with this property and their service. Dream Vacation

From the moment we walked in to the time we departed, we felt like we were in a dream. The beach and view and the open air apartment took our breath away. The unit was spotless. The hosts had thought of everything from black out curtains to sound machines to extra sets of kitchen utensils to spa-style lotions and soaps. Everything felt fresh and new. Every morning we just sat and took in the breathtaking view and felt renewed and refreshed. The grounds were equally impressive and well kept. We would recommend this experience to anyone seeking a quiet, luxurious, and beautiful getaway.

This place is a dream. It is a few feet from the most beautiful ocean. We saw an otter, seal, and swam with a turtle right off the sand. The pool is really beautiful as well. You can watch your kids swim while you put mahi mahi and fresh pineapple on the grill. The actual condo is gorgeous. It literally has everything you could want: comfy beds, soft sheets, updated everything, super clean, and it even smells amazing. It has the feeling of a spa. So relaxing!! It has such a wonderful atmosphere, we were literally tempted to just stay inside and watch the waves from the huge open glass doors. We can't recommend this place enough. It is luxurious, private, comfortable and family friendly. It is the nicest place I have ever stayed.

Exceptional condo

The condo itself was tucked away in a beautiful private cul-de-sac. It was tastefully designed and very well thought-out. The kitchen was fully stocked and useful when cooking in. The bunk room was the perfect space for our two boys who truly enjoyed their own lanai. The second guest room remained unused for our family of 4 but would be amazing for a larger group. The master bedroom was spacious, included two lounge chairs and its own private lanai. We found ourselves sliding open the glass doors allowing the beauty to enter in. It was amazing to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The master bathroom was finished with the same high end feel as the remainder of the condo. The centerpiece for this condo was the living room with its massive sliding glass wall leading out to the large ocean front lanai. Twenty steps and our feet hit the sand. We have wonderful memories of cooking steaks laughing, watching our boys enjoy the pool and spa. Our Maui adventures began and ended in this wonderful unit, and we couldn't be happier. We would recommend this unit to anyone and will absolutely be returning.
