Aloha and Welcome to our newly remodeled stand-alone Cottage!

Nestled hillside across from the Maui's Kahekili Beach, which was voted one of the world's Top 10 Beaches, and is also the winter playground of the humpback whales. Enjoy the spectacular views from your private beautifully landscaped lanais. This home is just a short 5 minute walk to the best beaches and parks on Maui. Surrounded by lush and tropical landscapes, our 1200 sq ft vacation home (International Colony Club 32) offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of comfortable accommodations with 2 King size beds, and 2 Full size beds. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and living room are open-plan with a comfortable split air conditioner.
The International Colony Club is a charming Hawaiian style stand-alone cottages situated on 10 acres of meticulously landscaped, lush mature tropical grounds. The neighborhood is the perfect private, quiet place for families or a small group of friends. ICC offers two swimming pools for your enjoyment and off-street parking. Next door is the famous Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course and all of your favorite Maui activities such as snorkeling, surfing, paddle-boarding, golf, tennis and shopping just a few minutes away.

The house was perfect. My family of six adults stayed and it had plenty of room! Centrally located in Lāhaina so easy to get to Napili as well as Olawahu beaches…and Golf courses! The house was clean and comfortable. I would Highly recommend it

The place was ideally located in north kaanapali just across the street from the beach. Place was fine - clean and many amenities. The host was EXTREMELY responsive and immediately responded to all of our requests. Lovely stay for 5 of us.

Our stay was great. Kitchen drawers/cabinets were labeled so that everything was easy to find. They also provided more than enough towels and beach items (wagon, ice chest, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards).

Host emailed all the information on how to find the property, where to park and code for the door. This is a quaint cottage, not plush, but cozy. Perfect for our stay. We had an issue with beds the first night, which the owner resolved that day, and we enjoyed great sleep the rest of the week. You do need to go through the Master Bedroom to do any laundry on the back porch area. There was plenty of beach supplies available to use. We did not use the pool. We enjoyed morning walks on the "Beach Walk" access across the busy highway, but just pushed the crosswalk button to go across to the beach. We also saw lots of Whales from this beach. It was a great find and we would stay again. Thank you Luan for your quick action to resolve our issue.

Great spot

The property was clean and perfectly placed. We had just enough room and the beds were quite comfy. We were only minutes from beaches, golf courses, shopping and grocery stores. This was exactly what we were looking for and the price was a great value.

Friends on vacation

There were 3 couples in our group and this was our first vacation together. We loved having a kitchen to do meals together and we used the grill almost everyday. We could walk or drive to a beach and we snorkeled. We loved having a pool to gather at as well.

There is no way 5 or 6 people could even sit down in the very small living room..only one poor condition love seat! The kitchen was not equipped with enough cooking bowls, etc. Everything very old including the cutting boards. The original sun room converted to a bedroom was so noisy from the traffic my family couldnt sleep. This unit is not remodeled! Very outdated and not very clean either. The only redeeming factor was the beds were comfortable. Fridge condensation left my food soaking wet, shower door falling off the track, floor was filthy, etc. Very uncomfortable stay to say the least. The plastic patio table and chairs are in serious need of replacement! Not worth our money for this place! Will not stay here again.

In the last year alone, we have installed a brand-new refrigerator and oven from Lowe's to ensure our kitchen remains fully stocked and updated. As our previous reviews consistently highlight, we do not keep older appliances or equipment in the home. Regarding the seating and layout, our home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area specifically designed to accommodate groups. Between the dining table, kitchen island, sofa bench, wall seating, and additional stools, there are more than enough seats for a party of 5 or 6 to relax comfortably. To ensure our guests stay cool in the island heat, we have invested in a comprehensive split-AC system in every bedroom, as well as a powerful 30,000 BTU unit in the living area. Regarding the shower door, it was a simple matter of the door being momentarily off its track, which took less than a minute to adjust after your departure. Had we been notified of this—or any other concern—during your stay, we would have been happy to resolve it immediately to ensure your comfort. We strive to be highly responsive hosts and always appreciate the opportunity to assist our guests in real-time. Mahalo! Luan

Amazing home in great location!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The location was very central and amazing for all our needs while we visited the island. House was very spacious and clean and full of comfort. Great Christmas stay in Kaanapali!

We had a great time during our stay over Christmas. The house was nice and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed to cook with. We also enjoyed the fully stocked beach gear rack! The location was great, just across the street from the beach. And communication with Luan was super easy. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private home in Kaanapali.

Convenient location and nice property

Me and 4 friends stayed here for 6 nights for a wedding. The 4 beds we’re comfortable, the unit was clean and organized. Lots of towels, hair dryers, toothpaste all provided. Kitchen decently stocked. We found a small coffeemaker and also a larger one but the cradle was broken—so I messaged Luan and he took care of it in addition to bringing us more coffee. Well equipped for a beach day with towels, chairs, and snorkel gear. Easy drive to town for groceries and dinners out. Highly recommend!

Family fun in Maui

We lived the house. 3 rooms, patios, great kitchen. Highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends. Across the street from restaurants and bars and a beach. I travel a lot and have increasing mobility issues. I have since included this challenge for property owners: install grab bars in one bathroom. It’s cheap, easy and makes life incredibly easier for our aging society. You can then list grab bars as a feature and watch your bookings surge!

The property is in a prime location -- 5-10-minute drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. House was sparkling clean and we were pleasantly surprised to see that there were plenty of beach supplies (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, floaties, wagon) and clean towels for everyone in my family of 6. We really appreciated that this listing came with 2 parking spots. I would highly recommend this property to big groups (5-7). We did not feel like we were cramped at all during our stay. 10/10 overall!

Great location and everything we needed

We had a fantastic 10 day stay recently!! We had us, our adult son and his girlfriend, and our 2 other young adult sons. Beds were perfect set up and comfortable. Location is literally across the street from one of the best beaches and short walk to kaanapali beach. The kitchen is well stocked (bring your own Tupperware) including a blender, tons of pots and pans, a wok, baking items, and spices. There are tons of towels both bath towels and beach towels. Tons of paper towels and toilet tissue as well as plastic wrap and tin foil. Lots of beach items and a small cooler. We had one issue with WiFi totally out of Luanne’s control and he was so nice and brought us a big box of Hawaiian chocolates. Would stay again in the future! Loved our trip to Maui!

Clean and quiet house with great access

The house is in a small resort community with nice grounds and access to a couple of pools. The location is very convenient for that area on the island with easy access to the beach, stores and food in the area. The access to the rest of the island is also easy (i.e. about 40 minutes back to the airport). The house is older but is clean and has updates where it counts (nice bathrooms, tile floors, good beds, good kitchen); it met our needs perfectly. 3 different exterior sitting areas was nice and we rarely heard or saw other people. Parking is only a few steps away. Each room had its own AC and easily kept the place cool. Communication was excellent. Overall extremely happy with our stay. It's not a super fancy place that you'd take photos off to impress your friends but we didn't want that. It was perfect for a home base to come back to after roaming the island for the day, go for a swim and watch the sunset from the pool area.

Great Location!

Our family (grandparents, parents and older teens) came to stay the week together. The house was well situated for our group of six. We loved the proximity to the beach, and the house was well stocked with all the beach gear (chairs, coolers, towels, flotation, etc)! The house is well maintained, beds are comfy, neighborhood is quiet, and the property manager was easy to get in touch with. All around a great vacation home.

Maui Family Holiday

Overall we had a great stay. Communication with Luan very good. We had a couple of small issues that Luan addressed promptly. The size of the accommodation was great for 3 adult couples. The kitchen was well equipped with most of the items we needed including spices and some of the basics you need to prepare meals. This saves you having to buy lots of little things. There were lots of towels and beach stuff, snorkels chairs coolers etc. The location is a 5 minute walk to a great public beach with snorkelling and a 25-30 minute walk to Whalers Village. The pools at the property are very good and uncrowded. The beds were very comfortable.The air conditioning worked very well. The bathrooms could use updating. Overall the accommodation worked well for us.
