Algehele staat van het huis was niet zoals in omschrijving geschetst

Wij hebben al contact met Novasol gehad en de huiseigenaren. Dit huis is absoluut niet het geld waard. Zoals het op jullie site staat weergeven is NIET de realiteit. Mss 15 jaar geleden? Absoluut geen 3 sterren waard. Veel mankementen, geen onderhoud gepleegd en vies. Gratis WiFi, maar hiervoor moest je cq 20-25 m van het huis staan anders had je gewoon geen bereik. Doucheputje liep vol van een van de badkamers. Een dode muis in het zwembad aangetroffen, heel kort warm water voor het douchen dan werd het water weer koud. Geen licht in de keuken, zelf eentje gemaakt met behulp van een nachtlampje van een vd slaapkamers. Mijn zwager heeft lampje van afzuigkap aan gekregen, maar die deed het dus niet. Heb foto’s gemaakt van de afzuigkap: zo vies en vettig hebben wij het in Italië nog niet gezien. Hopelijk neemt u nog contact met mij op. Novasol NL verwees ons door naar Novasol Italië, maar die nam mijn klachten niet meer serieus omdat ik donderdag pas aan de bel trok. 1 mei was nationale feestdag (alles dicht) en dinsdagochtend met eigenaar geappt met de vraag om ajb langs te komen om het huis schoon te maken. Helaas kwam ze alleen een set nwe pannen afgeven. TV dat op jullie afbeelding staat werd ter plekke vervangen omdat het niet functioneerde. Mijn man heeft geholpen de tv naar buiten te dragen. Het gezamenlijke gebruik van wasmachine, daar wilt u echt u was niet in draaien. De weg er naar toe, laatste 3 km was onverhard dat jij je afvraagt of je wel goed zit. Stond niet in de routebeschrijving of in jullie info. Storend vind ik het respons van Novasol Italië. Het gaat ons niet alleen om schoon/hygiëne, dan wel onderhoud. Mevrouw zei zelfs dat ze het niet iedere week kon checken, maar ik weet zeker dat jullie er vorig jaar ook niet zijn geweest. Verder vind ik dat de foto’s op jullie site absoluut niet de realiteit weergeven. Kunt u de website niet updaten met recentere foto’s en juiste algemene info? De foto’s stuur ik u graag toe!😉 Nee, Valguerriera zal ik niemand aanbevelen helaas. Mvg, Rowena
