The first floor comprises a large living room with a TV lounge and fireplace, a dining room with seating for 8 and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom en suite with 200cm bed. Full bathroom (bath and walk-in shower) with double washbasin and separate toilet. Study, dressing room, television and air-conditioning.

Upstairs :

Bedroom #2: South-facing room overlooking the Alpilles. 90cm bed. Desk area and air-conditioning.

Bedroom #3: South-facing room with view of the Alpilles. 160cm bed.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bathroom (bathtub) with double sinks.

Bedroom #4: South-facing room with view of the Alpilles. Bed 180cm or 2x90cm. Shower room with double basin. Air-conditioning.

Dependance :

Studio attenant à la maison, mais avec un accès par l’extérieur indépendant de l’entrée du mas. Le studio comprend un salon TV, une cuisine et un balcon. L’ensemble du studio est climatisé.

Chambre #5 : Chambre avec lit en 180cm ou 2 lit 90cm. Salle de douche avec toilette.

Lovely garden with olive and cypress trees. Heated pool with pool house equipped with fridge and toilet.
