This home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests and offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with flat screen TVs in each bedroom including a 65' flat screen TV in the living room with complimentary Netflix. Minutes to High Point University, HP Furniture Market, High Point Country Club and the new Rockers Baseball Stadium.

This house is very inviting even before stepping foot inside. It was super clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very cozy inside, the backyard was very relaxing and the neighborhood was so quiet. We would definitely book again.

NCAA WEEKEND

The home is in a great location and worked great for 6 guys to enjoy NCAA games in Greensboro, to watch games in the home, and to sit back and relax and catch up. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a place in the area.

Visiting my HPU student

My son needed a quiet place to study for midterms and mom made dinner every night and did his laundry. He successfully made it through midterms, went on spring break and is back to finish up the year. This house was exactly as described and perfect for me to work and for him to do homework. It’s 5 minutes or less away from campus. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Spent Labor Day weekend and had a blast. House is conveniently located to main street and campus (about a 2minute drive). Very clean and plenty of space and amenities. Would recommend to anyone for market or an HPU event. Host was very accommodating and communicates well.

Very close to HPU

We had a party of 7 staying for our son's December graduation from HPU. This house worked perfectly for our family, and the location was perfect. Very close to campus, but in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been beautifully renovated with nicely appointed bedrooms and baths and new appliances. We could have used more seating in the main living area, but we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to work and relax

A co-worker and I booked for 4 nights and had a great time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Big beautiful yard and places to sit and enjoy the sunshine after a long day of work. The neighborhood was extremely nice, safe and quiet. Publix and restaurants a very quick drive. The house does back up to a major roadway and it is possible to hear cars. That doesn’t bother me at all but my co-worker was concerned. Turns out, it didnt bother him at all, either. HIghly recommend this property!

Beautiful, But...

The home and neighborhood are pretty. The street is quiet and there are plenty of trees, which i like. The house is located around many stores and places to eat. Walmart and Food lion are less than 3 miles away. Krispy Kreme and Starbucks are up the street. I was pleasantly surprised because the house is on such a quiet street. I attended a convention at Lawrence Joel Coliseum, which is 30 mins away. For me, that wasnt too bad because it's mostly highway driving. The house: beautiful, clean, stocked, and spacious. When we walked in, everyone was impressed. Even the children were impressed. All of the bedrooms have tvs and they are all nice sizes. The problem is the 🐜 s. First floor has an ant problem. The master bedroom had 🐜 🐜 crawling on the walls and in the bthrm sinks, and a few on the bed. There were spider webs in the corner of the ceiling where a lot of them were caught. The 2nd day, the spider had its meal. The ants caught in the webs were gone. But we saw a few 🐜 🐜 on the kitchen table. I dont believe it was because of cleanliness. Like I said, the house is clean. There are a lot of trees in the area and it rained hard that whole weekend. By the 3rd day there were no ants on the table and few in the room. Management: did not respond to my complaints about the ants. Did not contact me about getting inside the house on the first day ( I didnt read the previous "key" email correctly). I did receive ONE response about the wifi. I would rent again though.

Graduation weekend Celebration

This home is beautifully renovated, clean, organized, thoughtfully stocked and well maintained. We enjoyed our time here while we were visiting for our daughters graduation. The space and the home was perfect. It was a total of eight of us, but could have comfortably slept a few more. Quiet neighborhood, great location and great place overall. We will definitely consider staying here again instead of a hotel.

The owner, Juliet, was a pleasure to work with. She is an excellent communicator and very responsive. The property is clean and the floor plan is wonderful. We were attending a graduation at HPU with family ranging in ages from 89-14 and it could not have been better. There were 6 of us and it was just right for us-enough room at the kitchen table and couch for 6. Rooms were good sizes and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated. I suggested they also add a toaster to amenities but otherwise, could not have asked for better. You'd be lucky to stay here.
