We had a great time at Big Canoe. We make it to Big Canoe 2-3 times a year and this was one of our favorite rentals. We had 6 in our group and had plenty of room. The property was very well maintained and well stocked with the basic essentials. This was a great house and I would absolutely stay here on my next next trip if it’s available.

Great view and location

We enjoyed our mini family golf trip and felt rifht at home. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms and well equipped kitchen was a plus!Grill needs some updated parts but we were able to use with foil.Will definitely book again we when return to BC

Vacation in the Mountains

Wonderful vacation stay for our family! We enjoyed our time at Big Canoe getting to explore the Beach Club, some of the trails, fishing on Lake Petit, and walking to the Beach on Lake Sconti after dinner.

Wedding Weekend

Perfect stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Owners are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We cooked dinner one evening and the home/kitchen is well equipped and very clean. We were perfectly comfortable and slept well! Can’t wait to return for a longer stay! Thank you for everything!

Stunning Lake View/Great Location

Clean, well stocked kitchen, amazing view of lake, close to all the Big Canoe amenities and plenty of room for everyone to have their space. Enjoyed many a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the lake as we planned our days adventures. Quality time with family as we played board games furnished by the property. Kelly and Bryan the owners were very easy to communicate with and the property is just as described. 5 Star accommodations and look forward to returning in the fall!

Cozy, Clean, Comfortable with Amazing Views of the Lake!

Our group of 5 recently stayed at Big Canoe for the first time. We were very fortunate to find Bryan’s and Kelly’s lovely gem available. Prior to booking, I had several questions about the house and area in general; this team consistently replied promptly and courteously. During our stay, Kelly & Bryan were just a text or phone call away to answer our questions and address any needs. When we weren’t adept in operating the Nest to regulate the heat, Kelly quickly resolved! It was a relief to know this team was readily available and eager to ensure a most enjoyable stay. Kelly and Bryan are key to why I’d rent this home again. That said, there are SO many other reasons I want to return. First and foremost, the house is exceptionally clean! All the beds are comfortable, and the water temp and pressure is perfect in the showers.The kitchen is well-equipped and organized with everything you could possibly need. The den is awesome! It is light and cheerful with lots of very comfortable seating. Looking out the tall and wide expanse of windows, you get the most amazing view of the lake! The den is where we gathered each morning for coffee; at night we sat here in front of the fireplace and relaxed. During our trip, we visited several locally owned shops. The variety and quality of the goods was impressive, and he people working in the stores were so welcoming. As for restaurants, we ate at some outside the gate and also in Jasper. We were pleased with all that were recommended. I am happy to say that our first time in Big Canoe and staying at the home of Kelly and Bryan was a wonderful experience! If you rent this house, you will love it and its owners. We certainly did! I want to return in Spring to see everything in bloom!

Heaven in the woods.

Great place, great views, well stocked and very clean. Excellent view of small lake and golf course out the back. They have an excess of pollen this season and deck was full of pollen. But very quit and off the beaten path. Not to far from town.

Great house in nice location

The layout of this house was great for our family (parents with 4 adult kids and a grandbaby) as it essentially has 2 master suites. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The patio was a bit dusted with pollen, but that’s to be expected in Georgia in April. Lovely neighborhood. We just wished Big Canoe was walkable. The hostess did let us know this ahead of time, but it bears mentioning for those who are hoping to walk outside and hop on a trail. You’ll need to drive to a trailhead first. Overall 5

Bridge trip

This house was perfect for 5 of us to get away and play bridge. They even had a card table and chairs! It was just as pictured and was very clean. Great communication with the owner and we will definitely rent it again.

Beautiful property

House was extremely clean, all the linens smelled like fresh laundry. The house had a great layout and very spacious. The big windows with the view of the lake were incredible. Check-in and out was a breeze. I will definitely recommend this property and we are already planning to be back soon.

Family Christmas trip

My family and I completely enjoyed our stay in Big Canoe. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The entire home was clean, with the exception of a few stray hairs in the linen/towels that didn't belong to us. The view was breathtaking and the location was second to none. The entire process was flawless and we would love to visit again in warmer weather.

Lovely setting

I rented this home for my mother and niece while I stayed at a near by home. We were in Big Canoe for a family wedding. The minute we walked in to get them settled in, we saw the view of the lake. We all were in awe of the beautiful setting. The home itself is nicely decorated and so comfortable. Just sit back and relax. I highly recommend this property. I plan to rent this home again on my next visit to Big Canoe. Thanks for everything!
