Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If exiting via the North Gate, please drop trash at the station there. Otherwise, leave all trash in the laundry room bin for our cleaners. Main Gate is on Steve Tate Hwy; North Gate is 4 miles inside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please follow all Big Canoe traffic laws. Speeding violations may be detected by laser, and tickets or fines may be issued without being pulled over.
Dogs must be house-trained, have trimmed nails to prevent floor damage, remain leashed when outside, and keep on crate if left unattended
Family-friendly, not childproof. Circular stairs and open loft. Parents are responsible for supervising children and their safety.
