WATERFRONT PROPERTY - Everything you need for a vacation or short term stay on Siesta Key is INCLUDED. Bikes, paddle boards and Kayaks all included - PADDLE TO A PRIVATE BEACH and Sandbar - (see pictures) -

Check out this outstanding newly remodeled and updated 1/1 condo with heated pool and boat dock. This condo is only a half mile WALK to Turtle Beach and minutes to Siesta Key Beach and the village. You are walking access to the free Siesta Key trolley to the beaches, village shopping, restaurants and nightlife. No reason to rent a car. But if you choose to, our gated condo has a free parking lot (rare for the key).

Our heated pool is directly on the canal, it's fun to view the passerby's ... either human, dolphins and/or manatee. Float your vacation away in relative privacy... The condo is only 7 total units so very private pool - did I say private ;)

Hit Turtle Beach, it's just a 2 minute drive or a 7 minute walk. It's a great beach, less crowded and more convenient than other area beaches. It's closer and easier to access the water from the parking lot and not the teen spring break scene ;)

If all the action is what you're after, you can access all the island has to offer with a 5 minute drive, bike ride or better yet a trolley ride, to Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village. Soak up the festivities, shopping and nightlife.

The FREE trolley is an easy stroll from the condo and operates daily, year around. It’s a great way to avoid the hassle of finding parking. You can access Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach, Captain Curt’s and the marina, and the Siesta Key Village.

Just 30 min away is St Armand’s Circle, downtown Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch’s upscale UTC mall. Even head East for some horseback riding or watch some polo matches a the world class Sarasota Polo Club.

Uber and Lyft extremely accessible as well.

Our place is bright, fresh and clean with great views from every room. All the furniture and beds are updated and stylish. We’ve tried to provide a great experience for our guests- please read our 5 star reviews and then decide. We are premier hosts for a reason!

We are a small community and parking is limited to 2 cars per unit. Please note no elevator, MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB 2 SETS OF STAIRS - 12 stairs in total

I would definitely recommend staying here. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great location and very quiet neighhood. Convenient walk to catch trolley into Siesta Key Village. Nice to have pool right outside condo. Flew in so was also nice to have beach chairs and towels available. Would absolutely stay here again.

Definitely a great place to stay, 10 minute walk to the beach, short drive to bars and restaurants, kayaks provided for kayaking through the mangroves was nice! If i had any complaints it would be we had to go back home. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! We enjoyed walking the neighbor to restaurants and the beach. The free trolley is easy to use. Our favorites were sitting and enjoying the view from the deck each morning and evening, swimming in the pool, and kayaking through the canal. We appreciated the small complex. It was private and quiet. We recommend taking the easy drive to Siesta Beach. It’s a great place to enjoy the ocean!
