Unique with a private Beach and yard. Outdoor shower. Outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace. Minutes to Amagansett and ocean beaches. Only 15 minutes to Montauk. Ideal location for activities including windsurfing, kiteboarding, kayaking, SUP, biking and hiking. Washer/dryer.
