The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom boasts a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Residents of the 1st arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Louvre and the "Musée des arts décoratif" s of Paris, rue de Rivoli, the district is affluent in theatres, first and foremost the "Comédie Française", but also the Châtelet and the Palais Royal. As for cinema-goers, they can enjoy the gigantic "Halles" complex, with its 27 theatres, in the "Forum des Halles". Stylist or fashion fan, the luxury stores on rue Saint Honoré will not leave you indifferent. To go out, don't miss the elegant tea rooms in the rue de Rivoli, the Japanese restaurants in the rue Sainte-Anne, or the wide choice of fast food restaurants in the "Forum des Halles".

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
