New & modern 3B2B bungalow which is beautifully decorated. (If you have a larger party ~ look at Kumquat bungalow, which has option of adjoining the two spaces!) Visit the courtyard to lounge, eat al fresco or enjoy a cookout. We are located in downtown Sarasota within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, night life, art galleries & more! View a sunset at Marina Jack, visit one of our world famous beaches ~ only a short distance. Ideally located inTowles Court Artist colony.

Very nice unit

We rented this unit to host a multi-generational holiday getaway. It was well appointed, and we enjoyed being able to walk to so many places!

Danielle is married to Nick Gladding and they love living in downtown Sarasota.

Centrally located in a beautiful and hip downtown residential neighborhood that is within walking distance to all the amazing downtown shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries, coffee shops, ice creameries, etc. Downtown Sarasota is a very vibrant community steeped in the arts and Florida history. You can stroll straight down Ringling boulevard and run right into Sarasota Bayfront at beautiful Marina Jack waterfront park and marina.
Marina Jack offers waterfront dining and you can enjoy a cocktail right on the water at the tiki bar on the other end, all while taking in one of the most fantastic views. Come here and see what Sarasota is all about!
