Why they chose this property
Great space for entertaining and family get together. The backyard is private large and picturesque with a year round heated pool. The living room and dining room are spacious with plenty of seating and a full size eating area/chefs kitchen. The couch converts into a Queen size pull out. Centrally located 1 mile to downtown, 6 miles to Saint Armand’s /Lido Key, 5 miles to famous Siesta Key and 1.8 miles to PineCraft. Conveniently close to all downtown (1 mile) has to offer including tons of restaurants, movie theaters, art, boutique and Marina Jacks pier. Use the bikes to hop on the legacy trail to explore the city or get to Publix in a couple of minutes.

We start you off with a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is usually enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.
