Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 20 sqm balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. Access to the house is via a 10 m long gravel path.
