A great place for US and Hungarian family vacation

House was just perfect with separate bedrooms and baths for all, extra kitchen was a plus for cooking: walking distance to everything we needed. Pool was great!!! AC had to be purchased. Owners easy to reach , friendly and helpful. We would love to find a new outdoor grill when we return in a couple years!!!

Wir haben mit zwei Familien gemeinsam zwei wunderbare Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Der Check-in verlief schnell, unkompliziert und sehr herzlich – so, wie man es sich für einen erholsamen Start in den Urlaub wünscht. Die Location selbst hat uns sofort überzeugt: Sie war vollständig und praktisch ausgestattet, sodass es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Küche verfügte über alle notwendigen Utensilien, die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und auch für gemeinsame Abende drinnen oder draußen war alles vorhanden.Besonders angenehm fanden wir den gepflegten Außenbereich. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight für Groß und Klein, und die Vermieter haben sich jeden Morgen zuverlässig darum gekümmert, damit das Wasser stets sauber und einladend blieb. Überhaupt waren die Gastgeber ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder etwas brauchten. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gab leider keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Gerade an warmen Sommerabenden mussten wir die Fenster geschlossen halten, um Insekten draußen zu lassen. Mit Fliegennetzen könnte man das Lüften am Abend deutlich angenehmer gestalten.Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft, die wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können – besonders für Familien oder kleinere Gruppen, die entspannte Tage in einer gepflegten und freu

Dieses Objekt ist für Familien mit Kindern einfach nur empfehlenswert.. es ist an alles gedacht worden.. vom Babybett bis hin zum Wasserspielzeug.. es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.. der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt.. das einzige mango war wirklich die Nähe zu der Bahnstrecke und die Züge in Ungarn sind sehr laut.. die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut.. unsere Fragen wurden schon im Vorfeld immer sehr schnell beantwortet.. wir hatten wirklich sehr schöne 15 d und würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen..

Vielen Dank für Ihre Meinung, wir versuchen, die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse aller Gäste bestmöglich zu erfüllen. Leider führt die Bahn durch das Zentrum von Siófok, aber unsere Fenster sind dreischichtig verglast und ab 2023 besteht zusätzlich zur zentralen Klimaanlage die Möglichkeit, für jeden Raum eine separate Klimaanlage zu nutzen. Sie sind sehr modern, die Temperatur kann um ein halbes Grad verändert werden und sie verfügen über einen Ruhemodus (quiet/silence mode), der auch nachts perfekte und angenehme Erholung an den heißesten Tagen ermöglicht. Wir freuen uns, Sie bei uns bewirtet zu haben und freuen uns, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Very nice place, good located

Very nice house, well maintained. Lots of space. Walking distance to downtown and Balaton Strand. Train nearby that runs all night every hour, but one get used to it and you won't hear it anymore after the first night

Wir waren diesen Sommer zu Gast in der Villa Neitzer es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit ganz netten Vermietern.Die Villa hat alles was man benötigt vor allem mit kleinen Kindern der Pool und der Garten waren einfach super toll unsere Kinder haben es in vollen Zügen genossen.Ich denke das wir die Villa Neitzer nochmal besuchen werden. Fantastic place to stay

We spent 7 days holiday in Neitzer Villa. The house is very comfortable, bedrooms are spacious, all with en-suite bathrooms/toilets or shower rooms/toilets. All tiled so easy to keep clean and plenty of hot water. Kitchen + lounge/dining area is roomy. We enjoyed eating outside on the terrace and resting in the secluded garden, where we could watch the children in the swimming pool. Good size pool, cleaned every night by owners of house. The house is an easy 20 minutes walk to the centre of Siofok and the daily covered market where fruit and veg, meat and bread is plentiful. Lake side is 5 minutes walk from the house. Super Urlaub / Super Ferienhaus

My brief stay at Neitzer Villa

My husband and I spent 2 days and 1 night at the Neitzer Villa with my sister-in-law. The house was absolutely lovely and very spacious. Having en-suite bathrooms was great! The air conditioning made the house very comfortable and the appliances came in very handy (dishwasher, washing machine). The grounds were beautiful. The pool was very clean and well maintained and wonderful to swim in. We felt very secure in the gated villa. The villa was steps from the famous lake Balaton and a traditional restaurant called the Old Fisherman (recommended by the villa owners). The villa was also easy to find for the many relatives who came to visit us. For our next trip to Hungary, we will definitely consider renting this house for the whole week.

Wonderful Vacation on Lake Balaton

This is the second time we have stayed at the Neitzer Villa. We highly recommend it! The villa is exactly as it is shown in the pictures on the website. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. It was very clean and functional. The dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioner worked extremely well. The owners live next to the villa and only appear if you need them. They are very nice and extremely helpful. We loved the free beach nearby as it was shallow and sandy and everyone in the family could enjoy the warm water of the beautiful Balaton. Rent a water bike with slide, it was a highlight for our children. The owners' recommendation for restaurants was exceptional. We especially liked the nearby Old Fisherman Csarda. It was so nice to have two close grocery stores. You can get anything you need at the Tesco. We also purchased fresh breakfast pastries at the Marzipan bakery each morning (it was 5 minutes by car). There are lovely outdoor cafes along the main Petofi walk with gelato for the kids. Everyone in our family loves the food in Hungary. Most people speak some English in the area. The best thing was being able to return to our villa each day, have a swim in our pool, catch up on our emails(free internet bring your laptop) and watch our DVD movies at night. The location was excellent. We were in Budapest one hour, did our sightseeing and returned the same day! Bring a GPS if you will be driving in Budapest. This villa cost us less than a small hotel room per night and we had 5 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom for each! You must book early, this place goes fast! We are already planning our next visit. We are very appreciative of the owners who are such hospitable hosts. Thank you for another wonderful stay at the Neitzer Villa, sincerely, Emily and family from Washington DC.
