There is a kitchen near the pool and guests can enjoy their meals al fresco in the spacious garden. There is also a barbecue, a beautiful private swimming pool and a table tennis table. There is also a beautiful chapel on the property. On request, a beautician, personal trainer and cooking service (in the accommodation) can be organised (on request and for a fee on site). The beautiful property is ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and at the same time offers its residents the opportunity to visit the art-historical sights of Rome and other famous cities in the immediate vicinity. Some distances: Terni 70 km, Viterbo 60 km and Lake Bracciano 40 km.



Please note: The villa has several levels with steps in the gardens and on the terraces and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The caretaker lives on the property and takes care of the daily maintenance of the garden and pool.
