FABULOUS VILLA IN THE COUNTRYSIDE LE3SORELLE

The villa has four large double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, TV room and veranda. Composed of large outdoor gardens with possibility of barbecue and children's play corner, meditation area is full relaxation. By appointment you can make Yoga retreats and gather in meditation. Suitable for those who want to get away from the city a little, and enjoy the fresh air of the countryside surrounded by greenery. We have ample private parking. We are located 2km from Francigena, a few minutes from Lake Bracciano and near the national golf courses of Golf Sutri and Terre dei Consoli. Our villa is 30 minutes from Rome.

We really liked the house and the location — it was comfortable and well situated. However, we were surprised to find out there were other guests staying in the unit below us. The listing led us to believe we were booking the full house and we didn’t count on having other guests in a flat below us, which would have allowed for more privacy and freedom (e.g., playing music or karaoke). It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Other than that everything was perfect and Luana was very helpfull with our late check in and check out.

Hi Carolina, thanks for your review! Our listing clearly states that there's a separate ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance. Furthermore, the house rules always state that music can be played until midnight, but no later, due to a Monterosi municipality ordinance. Perhaps that's not allowed in any house until 4 a.m.! Lovely hosts but a few issues

Property was large enough but the pool which we booked specifically for grandkids was really dirty and unusable until 3rd/4th day and was only there for a week. There was a dog and cat there left there, and anothet xat climbed in through window and hid under kids bed until night time that yhen jumped out and scared them. Not much privacy as someone was always coming to the property for some reason or other.

Ciao mi dispiace molto non avervi accontentati !! Da noi la piscina si apre ( com’è scritto nelle regole della casa ) dal 1 giugno ! Ha fatto freddo ed ha piovuto molto in maggio , ci avete visto spesso in giardino solo perché abbiamo fatto del tutto per farvi fare il bagno e ci siamo riusciti al vostro terzo giorno di vacanza ! More than just a Host!

After some late-night car trouble, Luana came to the rescue for our group of 7 travellers! Luana and her friend Franco, a local taxi/limousine service provider were able to assist us when several others left us out in the dark. Our 24/7 vehicle AVIS rental support office was... terribly inadequate to say the least! They just told us it was not possible for them to assist us... so too bad for you! Call us in the morning if you have to! Ciao/Bye Along with the local police whom we were able to frantically flag down on the side of the road, Luana and Franco were there to help us when they were needed most and we will always be grateful to them for their diligent support during trying times! Les3Sorelles villa is a fabulous villa with a pool and hot tub. All highly recommended! Grazi mille Luana e Franco! :o)

Serata tra amici

Eravamo in 10. Abitazione facile da raggiungere con automobile, fuori dal paese, quindi posto molto tranquillo con bella veduta Villa tenuta bene e molto spaziosa con all'interno tutto il necessario per cucinare, tante sedie, divani, sdraio. Possibilità di parcheggio per più automobili. In giardino presente piscina fuori terra, la Jacuzzi (che è una piacevole novità appena montata), barbecue. Il giardino è molto ampio e circonda 2/3 della casa, molto verde, simpatico cane anzianotto, simpatico gatto giramondo. Host molto gentili, siamo stati fin da subito in contatto con loro con tanta disponibilità di entrambi per le nostre necessità, orario check in, check out, funzionalità servizi presenti. Esperienza che teniamo conto di ripetere in futuro e che consigliamo a chi ha voglia di stare in compagnia tra amici, opportunità così sono rare da trovare.

Favolosa villa

Bellissima location, siamo stati benissimo, tutto come previsto, molto pulito e curato nei dettagli,ci ritorneremo sicuramente per un altro weekend! Eravamo un po' preoccupati perché cercando su Google Maps la casa non si capiva quale fosse e poi non si vedeva la piscina ... Google maps non aggiornato! Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 (2 famiglie di 5 persone) in questa splendida villetta per 7 giorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: le foto corrispondono esattamente alla realtà. La casa è immersa nella natura, in una zona tranquilla. Gli ambienti sono ampi e puliti e nel giardino (forse meglio chiamarlo parco per la grandezza) c'è una grande piscina. Ciò che non è detto nella presentazione è la disponibilità, discrezione e gentilezza di Luana e Cinzia . Consigliamo la struttura agli amanti della tranquillità e a quanti, come noi, amano visitare città o luoghi: la posizione la rende comoda per spostamenti verso Roma, l'Aquila, Castelli Romani ... Grazie di cuore a tutte e tre le sorelle. Buona vita.

Best Vacation-home ever

Very spacious Villa for up to 10 people, beautiful garden, nice air conditioning, a dream of a lake (lago di Bracciano, 15 min.), Roma and beach (45 min.) smoking permitted but fortunately didn´t smell like cigarettes at all. very helpful landlord. we stayed over with 4 adults and 4 children and enjoyed our summer vacation.

A pleasant house in a quiet surrounding

Hello, I can recommend you strongly this beautiful house, we spent very good time there. The accomodation is well with large rooms, an full-equiped kitchen and outside it is really pleasant to rest on the terace or in the garden. On the other hand the location is also very good in a quiet countryside and not so far from the center of Rome. I'm sure you should be able to spent a very good time there. Regards Pierre
