Great place…

Really enjoyed the place. Great location. Heard unit has been sold and new owner not going to list on VRBO (or any online rental). But other units in the complex is available. Southern Vacation Rentals does a great job….

Beach vacation

The property is nice with a pool and dock on the Sound side. Lovely sunsets to view from there. We drove a few minutes each day to Opal Beach at the National Seashore for beach time. Much quieter and less crowded than the beach access area near condo on holiday weekend. The condo is well appointed. We decided to cook a few nights and had everything we needed. My three daughters (23,19,17) agreed and said the condo was very comfy. The only issue we experienced is if there is a lot of rain the parking area in front of condo floods. Took most of the week to drain from rain week prior to arrival. The parking spot in front of condo was fine but the extra space was in about 8” of standing water when we got there. All in all a nice stay.

Emerald Beach Vacation

Our family of 5 and a dog enjoyed the spacious condo and great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the bay views from the pool were delightful. We loved the scenic drive through the national seashore to reach East Pensacola dog beach every morning. Viewing sea turtles and dolphins from the fishing pier during sunset was exciting.
