The BEST VIEWS with family friendly gameroom!

At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! This adorable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is your Link to Paradise! Sit on the porch with the amazing unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound, or take a very short walk/golf cart ride to the gulf. The house location is a straight walk to the beach access, making this house actually closer to the access than most of the houses on Gulf Boulevard. The Master bedroom is on the top floor and features a king size bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a private balcony. This bedroom does have a smart tv. The laundry room is located right off the master bathroom. On the main floor the guest room has a queen size bed, as well as a smart tv. The second room on the main level has a king size bed, and a smart tv. Through this room you access another bedroom. This is a fun kids' bunk room with all four walls painted with an under the sea mural. This room has a bunk bed with two twin beds.The two bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The living area has a pullout sofa as well as a queen size Murphy bed. Off of the kitchen is an adorable bar room with an additional table. The garage has an air conditioned game room to hang out and watch tv, or play foosball. We have a 6 seater golf cart available for you to rent. Please shoot me a message for rates. We also have 4 beach bikes available for your use.
Golf cart rental available!

Pet fee is $120 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. We do not have a crate at this property, you will need to bring one. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $800 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions.

*this is a non smoking/vaping property and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This property does have exterior security cameras at the entrances.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules or excessive cleaning will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

Gorgeous property with everything you need to have a fun and relaxing beach vacation! The home was clean and owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The home offered great views and a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Perfect!

This was the perfect spot to gather with friends for a relaxing beach break. The house was comfortable and the location was perfect. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The walk to the beach was short and simple. The view from the front porch looked out over the bay/sound and it was beautiful! The house was plenty big enough for 9 girls and we never felt crowded. Easy check in / check out and plenty of parking for our vehicles. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Navarre with a group of people!

Amazing view

I am my 97 year old mother’s caregiver. I was looking for a place to get away that brought me peace of mind and rest so I could be better for her. Link to Paradise was just what I was looking for. The view was amazing, the house was beautiful and the owners were very responsive. It’s located perfectly between the sound and gulf. The sunsets were incredible. We even spotted an eagle sitting on a dune in front of the house. I highly recommend this beach house.

Nice stay, perfect location

Very nice house with much space for extended families. Cozy atmosphere and nice view on the beach and on the Santa Rosa sound. It’s really a very short walk (2 min) to the beach, and the bay is a good alternative for small kids if waves get too high. Quiet area, so you can enjoy sun rise, sun set and evening strolls. The bicycles were for us a real plus, and it’s a pleasant ride on separate bicycle lanes. Entertainment set was working flawless. The house was clean and overall experience is better than the pictures suggest. Would have loved to stay much longer.

Look no further, it couldn't get any better.

This house is everything anyone could want for a beach vacation. There's just so much good to say about it from the views to the rooms. It was really well designed and the furniture is top notch. The couch is so comfortable and pulls out into an extra bed plus there are 2 comfy chairs with ottomans for when you are back and just recovering from outside. Beds are amazing. The game room downstairs is super awesome while planning your next move. The kitchen is amazing with a large dining room table. I loved everything about this place. The garage is super useful for loading and unloading. You have to experience this property.

Peaceful and perfect

This house was just perfect for our stay mid-Feb to mid-March. So much room for us to work and be far enough away from each other to not hear the other one on conference calls. Perfect being able to go for walks around the neighborhood, ride a bike to the national seashore as well as the pier, stop in at White Caps (Marriott) for grilled cheese and an amazing shake and enjoy a few nights at Juanas Pagoda for some cocktails and volleyball watching! We really appreciated being able to bbq a few nights and sit out on both the front and back deck for some amazing views. I really enjoyed the separate room in the garage as I made that my workout space for the duration of our stay. Seems to be a a newer rental property so while there are quite a few amenities included it would be nice to have a few more.

Great location, beautiful beach home just steps from the beach.

This beach house had everything we needed for a great beach getaway. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is also great for a nice bike ride with gorgeous views. We will definitely be visiting again!!

Loved the house and location! Very easy walk to the beach and the house was clean, cozy, comfortable and well stocked! Wonderful views from the master and front porch. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, inflated floaties, etc. Unfortunately, the beach umbrellas were broken, and the "wind tunnel" just didn't work. I would recommend getting a better replacement beach shade and a better beach caddy. The other major concern was the visible mold growth on the downstairs ceiling between the bedrooms, upstairs around electrical boxes and the recessed lighting.The upstairs master was opened to the stairway below with no door. Not a big deal, but might be a concern for some.We plan on coming back!

The house was perfect for our multi-family vacation. We had views from all angles and porches to enjoy them from. The home was equipped with all amenities to dine in and grill out. Beach essentials were readily available including a shibumi shade for our beach adventures. Beach access was less then a block away with plenty of parking if needed. A great place to set yourself apart from the packed beaches of the mainland.

Sun, sand, serenity and relaxation all in one place

From the moment we walked in the door of this beautifully decorated home we fell in love with it. The host has thought of every little detail to make your stay stress free. Everything one could possibly need to take to the beach from shades, floats, chairs, wagon, sand pails, kites etc. were provided. Bikes as well as a variety of games for all ages made it impossible for anyone to be bored. Things that may have been forgotten while packing like a flat iron, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and detergent were available. I thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque view of the Santa Rosa Sound from the private balcony of the upstairs master bedroom. We are already talking about planning another trip!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! We rented the golf cart which was very nice for transportation to the beach. We had some trouble with the break but found a work-around. The house was very clean and nice and I would love to return. They also provide a lot of towels, shades, chairs, floats, etc. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing vacation.

Nice but not well maintained

Considering the price, age of the property and location, maintenance is needed to update simple issues like a new over-the-oven microwave, inability to cool the back children’s bedroom, critical shelving broken and missing in the refrigerator doors, chipped paint on the shower floor, missing under-the-cabinet lighting, remotes missing that run fans, upstairs toilet that needs a new flush valve and jacuzzi tub clean out. The option to add a small countertop microwave rather than replace the inoperative, installed microwave is not consistent with the value and appeal of the property and location. Our grandson wanted to take a jacuzzi bath. We filled the tub and turned on the jets…brown, slimy, sudsy water came out along with hair and dirt. Obviously, the jet supply lines had not been flushed from previous patrons. The grill worked fine, plenty of beach toys and chairs, four bikes and an outdoor shower. We are not big complainers but again, making some simple and relatively simple fixes will help match the vibe of the location. Add a book on how to run all of the switches and disparate remotes and locations. One last thing-while the views are great out of the master bedroom, add darkening shades or some form of blinds to allow for privacy and too much morning light.

Picture Perfect family getaway!!

Link to Paradise was one of the BEST beach homes that we have stayed in! Beautiful beach furniture. Super close walk around the corner to the Gulf and sound! Unobstructed sound views were absolutely picturesque from the entire front of the house AND the master bedroom upstairs! We loved sitting on the huge front porch everyday while taking a break from the sun and beach. Coffee on the upper deck from the master bedroom was so relaxing. Quiet, calm sound in the front, the sound of crashing waves from the gulf in the back. We saw Dolphins playing a few times during our stay! Binoculars were a hit. The home is beautifully decorated. Plenty of space. Game room was a hit. The breakfast nook/cocktail area was a cute little space. We loved watching the sound from big dining table during meals. We didn’t take advantage of the gulf cart rental, but we definitely will during our next stay. Rode bikes. This beach home has everything you need! One of the best locations!

Our second stay and it was better the second time around. Absolutely loved all of the beach gear. It was great to have a wagon and beach chairs as you are so close to the beach. The bikes were also great to have since biking is such a major way to get around in the area. The house was nice and clean and great to have such an open space for everyone to hang out in. Once again I used the game room for my own personal work out space. It is nice to be able to just get away for a bit and do some yoga or stretching. Thanks again for the great accommodation!

This house has a completely unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound. This is a protected area, so the views will always be there! This is a great location to find protected bird species nesting.

We have beach bikes available for your use, and a golf cart on site available to be rented for an extra charge.
