This beautifully updated historic Saratoga home is within walking distance to Broadway, SPAC, 1 Mile to the Saratoga Race Track, and 1 block away from the Beekman Street Arts District. Enjoy all Saratoga has to offer! It has a driveway that provides safe parking for 2-3 cars. A large yard with a fire pit. Great Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. Perfect size for our group of 3, the home had everything we needed and in excellent condition. Kitchen is up-to-date with nice appliances. Very comfortable family room space for socializing. Bedrooms and bedding top-notch. Appreciated the ceiling fans as we visited in the summer (but AC also worked well). Very cool backyard w/ firepit. Also loved the little side porch off the kitchen for morning coffee and reading. Hope to come back again next summer.

As someone who loves to travel, this method of traveling, especially with a family, has been a fun personal experience. I want to share my home to allow others the same enjoyment.

Why they chose this property

This property screams Saratoga Springs to me. It is over 100 years old, but updated to allow for a comfortable stay. It gives the feel of old Saratoga and is just the right size to enjoy, but also makes you want to get out and explore with the great yard and accessibility to everything the town has to offer!

What makes this property unique

The first benefit you will find immediately is the great private driveaway! No having to move your car from side to side each morning and risk a ticket! The next standout feature are the front and back porches. My family of 5 lives on the back porch! The kids love to play in the yard and at night we enjoy the fire pit! the kitchen is nice and big and offers a sunny bright place to make some small meals if you want. The living and dining room is perfect for a movie night or game night with a small group. The bedrooms upstairs are very relaxing. On a cool night- opening the windows you get the best breeze anyone could ask for! Hope you enjoy this home!
