As others pointed out, the location couldn’t be better as it’s almost equidistant to town and the racetrack - easily walkable. The place had everything needed for a traveler - nice shampoo/conditioner/skin wash, hair dryer, ironing board to list a few few. Well stocked with kitchen stuff for those who want to cook and eat in. The beds were super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive when we reached out about getting in - which was easy. We were there for Alabama Stakes and that morning one of the neighbors set up a lovely spread of nibbles & sips on the beautiful big porch to share.

Great experience

One of the kind type place, very quaint and comfortable. Great neighborhood and location to everything. I will definitely try to stay there regularly on my up coming trips back to saratoga.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was an easy walk to town for drinks dinner and shopping and the track was about the same distance the other way. We didn’t use the car while we were there. The unit itself was well appointed, but dated. It was kind of dark. Also, the A/C was tough to manage. The upstairs (where the thermostat was) was a reasonable temperature, but the lower level was very cold. So we had to make the upstairs too warm to make the second bedroom livable.

Two couples weekend

The check-in was easy and the apartment was just as pictured and described. The location was perfect for walks to the track and into town for dinners. The front porch was amazing for morning coffee and wine after the track! Although we didn’t cook meals, coffee, snacks and light breakfast were easy with the lovely, well appointed kitchen. We will book again!

Great Place

A great place that was very clean and very modern. Good for 4 adults that want to spend some quality time at the Spa! The property manager was excellent with communication. Highly recommended. Note: to access one of the bedrooms/bath/small den, you have to go down a spiral staircase. Easy enough to navigate.

Phenomenal Accommodations & Location

Incredible kitchen with everything that you could ever need to prepare any cuisine. Front porch was incredibly quaint and cozy. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The crown molding, wood floors and unbelievable tile work makes this a million dollar condo. The Host is extremely great about communicating. Thank y’all for allowing us to share and enjoy your home.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. We chose this house because of it's location to the race track and it was perfect. Just a short walk to the track and the house was just like the pictures. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the door for the upstairs bedroom was very squeeky and it stuck when opening and closing. This was only a problem for us because my husband is an early riser, so his going in and out of the bedroom in the morning was a bit noisy for me. Other than that it was perfect. Would stay here again.

Lovely "Mansion" in Saratoga Springs

This huge home is in a fantastic location in Saratoga Springs, with so many activities within walking distance. It is 1/2 mile from the entrance to Saratoga Race Track, It is less than 1/4 mile from Congress Park. And withing 1/2 mile of all the dowtown restaurants and bars. Inside, there are two floors, each with a bedroom and bathroom. It is nicely decorated, with a large kitchen, dining room living room, plenty of closet space.Even though there are 9 units in this house, there was plenty of space in this ine unit. The property manager was easy to work with, and was flexible on check-in/check-out times. All in all, I had a very nice stay.

Quaint perfection

From start to finish my stay was incredible!!! The instructions for check in were detailed perfectly- all communications were answered promptly and friendly! The unit was just amazing!!! The charm in the architecture and the decorations I loved!!! The chandeliers in the closet!!! Amazing!!! This place had everything you could want or need…. Even a steamer!!!!! I steamed my clothes immediately!!! So great!!! This may not be important to many… but… they even had really good toilet paper!!! The downstairs area stays really cool so that’s great!!! 2 great bathtubs too!!!! The location can’t be beat either!!! Just a great place and great stay!!!? Can’t wait to go back and stay again!!!!
