Welcome to this beautiful house in Borrby in beautiful Österlen in Skåne. This vacation home is spacious and offers plenty of room on 150 m² of living space. The house is located in the center of Borrby and from here it is only 4 km to the nearest sandy beach and good Bedestellen.

You live here not only in the center of Borrby but also between the two cities of Ystad and Simrishamn, which are ideal for day trips. Stroll through the streets and visit the stores and the beautiful harbor. In Ystad you can also take a ferry to the Danish island of Bornholm.

If you like fizzy drinks, you are near Köpingsberg, where Swedish "champagne" is made.

Perfekt för spindlar

Huset var så smutsigt och nedgånget att det var otänkbart att bo där. När vi påpekade för hyresvärden att det inte var städat blev han rasande och sa att vi kunde sticka med det samma om det inte passade, vilket vi gjorde på morgonen därpå, utan att ha hittat ett alternativt boende. Inte lätt i mitten av juli. Vi har hyrt hus många gånger tidigare i både Sverige och utomlands och oftast varit mycket nöjda. Vi har inget emot att bo enkelt men detta var helt enkelt för snuskigt att bo i. Kan inte förstå hur tidigare hyresgäster klarat att bo där!? Spindelväv med spindlar i varje hörn, ingrodd smuts överallt och en stank i hela huset, duschen luktade gammal urin, fullt med smuts i besticklådorna som även föll ihop när man drog ut lådorna etc etc. Förmedlaren Novasol som vi hyrde via skötte sig dock bra och löste situationen efter bästa förmåga så de får ett bra betyg. Dock med kommentaren att de borde besöka sina objekt lite mer frekvent.
