Welcome to The Golden Dream ! Our unit is on the first floor of a small building in a lovely securised residence close to Marigot and the Dutchside, in Bellevue district.
Enjoy the amazing view of the lagoon and the swimming pool of the residence especially at the sunset time !
The living room is composed of an opened and fully equiped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle ...), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a connected TV.
One bedroom has a king size bed, a closet with wardrobe, a safe, a bathroom and even a small balcony!
The toilets are separated.
You will have access to the swimming pool of the residence and one car park space.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has Wifi.
Household linen is provided free of charge (towels, beach towels and sheets).
We are Cap Sxm, the property manager and we can help you during all your stay by organizing activities, buy anything for you or if you have problems with the house...
Shops and center of Marigot within walking distance
10 minutes by car from Juliana airport, the beaches of Baie Nettlé, Baie Rouge, Baie Longue
20 minutes by car from Grand Case airport

Currently, Saint-Martin encounters water production problems which lead to water cuts from time to time. To avoid the inconvenience, we have installed a cistern to have water during these cuts.
