American Kitchen in the living kitchen (40 sqm) with TV, dining area (8 seats), gas stove (1 flame), (3 plates), oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony access to the terrace. Separate WC (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
