Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment with an area of 100 mÂČ. Located in a beautiful building directly on the port of Vannes, come and discover the Althidis! Located on the 1st floor without lift, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. Bright and spacious, this duplex apartment has all the necessary comfort and offers you a breathtaking view of the boats and the Rabine promenade.

The accommodation consists of the following:
- A 33 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa and coffee table.
- A kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Three bedrooms with 3 double beds including 1 Queen-size (160×200) and 2 double beds 140 x 190.
- Two bathrooms with bathtubs
- Two separate toilets

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). We also offer you a few coffee capsules to enjoy your Nespresso coffee maker immediately.

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit close to all the essential shops but also to shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:

- For those who come by car, several solutions: paid parking or free parking a little further from the accommodation. 1 Paid and underground car park at the bottom of the apartment under the port, the QPARK : reservation possible via their website for economical rates for the duration of your stay.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest station: Vannes SNCF station 8 min by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique at 1h15 by car.

To note :
- The nearby skate-park for children who have energy to spare.
- VAE electric bikes at the foot of the building which are available for walking on the Rabine and going to Conleau beach.

Markets on Saturday and Wednesday mornings: You must respect the parking bans from the evening before: Beware of the pound!

AgrĂ©able, accueillant et trĂšs rĂ©actif merci Ă  lui pour cet excellent accueil. Le logement correspond en tout point Ă  sa description et aux photos. Propre, idĂ©alement situĂ©, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (vaisselle, Ă©lectromĂ©nager, oreillers supplĂ©mentaires,
) et surtout dans un environnement agrĂ©able, calme et reposant. Althidis TrÚs agréable séjour entre amis (5 personnes) dans ce logement. Il est spacieux, fonctionnel et tout est prévu pour n'avoir plus qu'à poser ses valises en arrivant ! Les 3 chambres ont des couchages de grande qualité et le reste du logement est trÚs bien équipé notamment la cuisine. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et de tous les commerces. Nous avons été ravis de cet appartement. L'agence Cocoonr et particuliÚrement Bassem qui nous a reçu ont été trÚs accueillants et ont fait preuve d'une excellente communication et de réactivité. Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de mon prochain passage à Vannes :)
