With a mid-century vibe, this updated beach house features three bedrooms, an open living room with flat screen TV, galley kitchen with dining area, indoor laundry + laundry sink (in attached two-car garage with storage), gas fireplace, board games, and an outdoor shower for sandy feet. Several outdoor spaces include a private side entry patio and small back yard with a sunny deck area. Close to Cayucos shopping and restaurants.

The home is located in beautiful Cayucos-by-the-Sea on the west side of Hwy 1 along South Ocean Ave. While situated on a busier street during the day (Cayucos quiets down after 5pm), the home layout keeps traffic noise down as the garage separates the home from the street.

Wedding in Cayucos

We booked this house for family and friends who were attending our son's wedding. The property was close to the venue and easily accessible. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate our group. We had access to the garage which was fabulous because our florist was able to do her work inside of it. The house was clean and tidy and had everything our guests needed. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this property as we celebrated such a joyous occasion.

The house was good the location was good but there were a couple things that just weren't right. Only one bed was without sags and cave ins. Alot of money for not being able to get a good nights sleep. no extra garbage bags, one bag isn't good for an entire week. the back yard was in desperate need of weed control and the sprinklers shot up and got the furniture all wet.

Conveniently located home with easy beach access and walking distance to restaurants. The home was clean and had all the needed amenities. Perfectly suited for our family over the holiday weekend!

Pre-thanksgiving mini holiday

I had booked a different property that ended up canceling on me and I was able to book this one relatively quickly. Very satisfied with the property- proximity to the beach, comfy furniture and gas fireplace which we used first thing in the morning and evenings. Dual recliner sofa and bunk beds were a plus. Bathrooms mostly clean but dated.

Two Block Walk to Beach

This home is such a cute and cozy space! We love the charm and details that the owners have given to the home. It's in a great location on the west side of Hwy 1, two blocks to beach stairs, and the layout of the home reduces street noise. Downtown Cayucos is only a few blocks away and there's off-street and garage parking.
