Very comfortable, well renovated/maintained, and clean apartment on the second floor of the building. Everything was provided that one would need and more. The host occupy the first floor, so they are readily available if needed-but all was good. Located in walking distance of beach, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc...

This is a great place to stay in Ocean Beach! The hosts are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. The place was very clean and looks just like the pictures. The bottle of wine and the snacks are a really nice touch. I thought the bed was very comfortable.The location is perfect. Quick 2 block walk to the beach. This area is easily walkable to stores, bars, and restaurants.I highly recommend staying here and ill definitely stay here again!

Our stay for three nights was great! Hosts were responsive, snacks and bottle of wine were a nice touch. A short walk to the beach, coffee and food. Parking can be tricky, and I did get a ticket for ever so slightly blocking a pedestrian ramp, so beware! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Great place at a great price.

Erich and Taylor were great hosts! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Communication was easy throughout our stay, and they were always quick to respond whenever we had a question.The location is perfect if you’re looking to stay in Ocean Beach. It’s very close to the beach, and street parking was surprisingly easy and convenient.I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here. I would absolutely stay again the next time I’m in San Diego. Thanks again, Erich and Taylor, for a great stay and definitely bringing my kiddos.

Overall, the perfect stay! Walking distance to the beach and great location! Not too difficult for ubers to pick us up from and not too far from the San Diego Airport. Would recommend this location for a San Diego vacay trip. The instructions of the host were detailed and help. 10/10 experience.

We had an awesome weeks’ stay at Erich and Taylor’s cozy beach house. Communication with owners was great; location can’t be beat—within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Also super close (within 15-20 minutes) to all there is to do/see in San Diego. We really enjoyed immersing ourselves in the CA lifestyle and culture. This house is perfect—would highly recommend!! Book NOW!!!!

This property is as advertised. The host communicated with us constantly. The property was clean and well-stocked. The washer and dryer being available was a godsend. It is centrally located - an easy walk to the beach or to any restaurant or bar you want to go to in OB. I would stay there again!

This was a solid place to stay -- everything you need and very close to the ocean. The location is also very walkable -- no need to get in your car to go to the grocery or to a restaurant. We enjoyed it very much!

The property is close to the beach for morning and evening walks. The property is clean. The neighborhood is quite in the evening. Host provided snacks and a bottle of wine that was enjoyed on the patio. Great place close to everything. We only had to put 3 gallons of fuel in our rental car after a 6 day trip, and we were there for a wedding.

Cozy stay by the water

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect while we explored the area and met up with old friends. There was plenty of great dining options nearby and yet blocks from the beach. We recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, great hosts. Deck is fantastic for coffee in the morning and beverages in the evenings. Parking a little hit and miss, doesn't really matter if you do the OB thing and walk everywhere. I highly recommend!
