30FT from the sand! Remodeled and upgraded spacious studio with 1 full bathroom and in-unit laundry. Fully furnished and stocked with kitchen essentials. One designated garage parking space.

Across from the sand. Steps from the waves, near the Ocean Beach pier and beach volleyball courts. We are pet friendly (no fee!) and located one bldg. over from dog beach parking lot. You can walk your dog to Dog Beach (the best dog park you've ever seen!). Walking distance to restaurants, bars and quirky beach shops.

This 5-unit bldg. is turnkey offering an exclusive common area for residents with a Jacuzzi, BBQ, and fire pit.... A perfect way to relax after a day at the beach!

There is no need to bring your beach items! We have a decent supply of towels and sunscreen and there is a storage room with free access to frisbees, balls, beach chairs, umbrellas, baby items, wagons, etc.

You will find people in this area are very friendly. It's a mellow, fun, safe relaxing, and, at times, breathtaking place to enjoy the sun, sand, and the ocean breeze.

Incredible place

We loved this place! It was the perfect place to stay with our small dog. A very short distance to dog beach and an even shorter distance to the human beach. The room was complete with snacks both for us and the dog We didn’t get a chance to use the beach toys (a bit too chilly) but the outside patio with grill, fire pit and hot tub was amazing

Helpful Managers/Great Location

Loved how close we were to the beach and several restaurants. Brought our two dogs and loved that the location had dog bowls, treats, etc. waiting for us. We also appreciated that the manager was quick at responding to questions. We left the garage door opener in the car and he was quick to respond with the key pad code. We also forgot the report of the apple tv we brought and so appreciated that the property manager reached out and let us know, before we even finished traveling hope to realize that it was missing.
