From the sun terraces you can enjoy a wide view over the valley. From here you can reach in no time the ancient Etruscan cities of Arezzo and Cortona (18 km) with their famous museums and churches in the picturesque old town, which invites you to stroll and have an aperitivo in the piazza. For a day trip to Florence (70 km) and Rome (200 km), the convenient train connections from Arezzo are also recommended. Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and romantic islets can be reached in less than half an hour (30 km).
