Simple, functional furnishings; pool with sun terrace and sunbathing lawn behind the house shared with the guests of ITA263. The property includes a soccer pitch, a barbecue, various play equipment and table soccer; communal washing machine and crib on request. The owners run a small garden restaurant with tavern on site.
