We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

The Wells, Maine area has many activities and attractions, including sandy beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique Maine shops, and events such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails.


Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival

If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

Family Getaway

This was the perfect accomodation for myself, my daughter and my two year old grandson for a three day vacation at Wells Beach. We stayed in the suite with a separate bedroom which facilitated a two year old's sleep schedule. The indoor pool was perfect for the cool cloudy days and the location is close to the beach and the neighborhood playground.

Weekend at the beach

Great location. Biggest dislike is for the cost of the place, kitchen sponges should be provided for cleaning dishes, wiping counters, etc. When I asked the front desk they blamed Covid but We rent alot on vacation in Maine and we've always been provided sponges, which I assume they change between guest.nealwabeenprovided

Cute little one bedroom unit

Overall I would say that Bellevue by the Sea was o k. It certainly nothing fancy, but it was clean and it was by the beach, which is what I was looking for. I found it to be a convenient location for day trips as well. I also felt the unit was well stocked, as to kitchen utensils, appliances, linens, blankets, etc. The shower was pretty tight. My major complaint was the terrible wifi. Very poor in the unit, I had to go to the front lobby to use it. My unit could sleep 6, but it would be pretty crowded. Not many restaurants you could walk to (at least not in late September), but one very good one up the road 1/2-1 mile away.
