Location!

What an amazing location on the strip in P-town. All amenities were good except we couldn’t locate the wifi and the bedroom had no AC. Other than that we had a wonderful time, enjoying the central location close to basically anything you would want to do!

Centrally located but a bit dingy

If central location is what you're looking for, this is it, however, this particular unit is a tad bit run down and dingy, not the cleanest. The air conditioning never got very cool at night, but the WiFi and kitchen amenities were okay.

Good location, good comfort

+ Great location, very central on Commercial street, easy to get to and from, close to main points of interest. Despite being on main street, the bedroom face the back so does not get all the noise. + Appartment accurate to pictures, very good size for 2 people, all necessary amenities and furniture, very clean and comfortable overall. TVs located in the living room and bedroom. Big bedroom with quite large bed. + WiFi may seem a bit wonky at first but actually works well, with slightly better reception in the living-room. Standard 30Mbits speed.

Great location, but not much else

The location of this place is amazing. However, there is not much to it. Old dated, carpets, dated bathroom which I had to fix the drain on the sink. No real closet for clothes, but the bed was comfy. No traditional A/C either, but a window unit in the front window and it doesn't reach the bedroom which also has a screen window that can't be closed.

Minor issues

Neither WiFi or TV worked in bedroom. Wasn’t a big deal since we mostly slept in there. Plus AC only in living room, I like to sleep in cool temp. Otherwise, location, location, location was excellent !

Parking & View

It was very clean but was told parking was around the corner, it was over two miles away. Appears no one from the company ever visited the site. Found expensive parking closer to the room. Also, no ocean view that was indicated.
