The property is located in the green countryside of the Mugello area. 4 km from Borgo San Lorenzo, where you will find stores and services of all kinds. In this corner of paradise you can spend most of the day outdoors, sunbathing by the pool, reading a book in the shade of the trees, organize fun barbecues on the brick barbecue and then eat in the equipped outdoor area! The villa has a quite convenient geographical position, both for excursions in the beautiful nature of Mugello and for your cultural visits in the area. Florence is easily reachable by car (about 35 km) or by train from the train station of Borgo San Lorenzo. If you like shopping, be sure to visit the nearby outlet (about 24 km). Sports enthusiasts should plan a day trip to Lake Bilancino (about 22 km), where you can not only swim, but is ideal for fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. Other distances: Scarperia and the international Mugello race track (about 15 km), golf course and riding school (about 15 km). NB.
