Total floor area: 70 m² attic parts included. Private parking for 2 cars. At the entrance to the village, 300 m from the shops and the slopes, gite in the owners' house including their restaurant. Beautiful living room with a very clear view of the mountain and the village. West-facing terrace with view of the Aravis massif. Free shuttle in summer (La Giettaz - Les Saisies)
