2 gites in the owner's house. 1st floor (access on the same level): living room-kitchen with lounge area, large screen TV (USB port), Wifi connection, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds/1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom water (walk-in shower), separate WC, shared washing machine. Private terrace. Enclosed common garden. Ski Termignon/Domaine Val Cenis Vanoise 200m, Val Cenis 5km, Aussois 11km. Country house at the foot of the slopes (direct arrival on skis). Quiet residential area on the edge of the village. Splendid natural setting of meadows and forests. Very good comfort. Large private east-facing terrace. Pleasant shared landscaped enclosed garden. Superb unobstructed view of the massif. Shops on site. Country house located at the foot of the Termignon slopes / Val Cenis Vanoise area (ski area with 125km of slopes) and 1 km from the Nordic site (27km of cross-country ski slopes). Privileged location of a typical village of Haute-Maurienne at the gates of the Vanoise National Park, in an exceptional environment. Wonderful walks and hikes to mountain lakes and glaciers. Rich baroque and military heritage. Many sports and cultural activities in all the surrounding villages: ValCenis, Bonneval sur Arc, Aussois... On the Route des Grandes Alpes, prestigious road and tourist roaming through the great mythical Alpine passes with passage to Italy. Ideal destination for cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers!
