Farm country of the 19th century renovated located 3km from the ski slopes. On the edge of a small hamlet. Southeast exposed hillside. Natural unspoilt meadows & forests. Good comfort. Nice & bright. Beautiful outdoor space in common. Beautiful views of the massif. Country farm 3km from the Savoie Grand Revard Nordic plateau (area of 150km of cross-country trails comprising 3 village resorts: La Féclaz, Le Revard and St François de Sales). Alpine skiing at La Féclaz at 6.5km or at Aillons-Margériaz at 19km. Located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, between Lake Annecy and Chambéry (historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy). Mid-altitude massif offering a wide variety of walks and hikes of all levels, including the GR96 and the GR de Pays Tour des Bauges. Many nature, sports and fun activities spread over all the authentic and preserved villages of this so-called "gentle" mountain. Leisure center with fitted lake at Lescheraines 10km away. Ideally located between Savoie & Haute-Savoie for hiking or cycling. An ideal stay for sports enthusiasts or nature lovers!
