Gite in the owners' house with independent access. Entrance, living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), 1 alcove with two bunk beds 90x190 cm, bathroom (walk-in shower) with WC. Parking space. Outdoor space shared with the owner. Sheets and towels included. Apartment completely renovated on the ground floor. Wooden interior giving a warm and cozy side to the accommodation. Large bright living room opening onto an open kitchen. Large outdoor space with garden furniture. Comfortable cottage in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, located 4 km from the Savoie Grand Revard resort. Immediate quality environment near hiking trails in summer and ski slopes in winter. Many family resorts nearby: Aillons Margeriaz at 27 km, Semnoz at 33 km. Lac du Bourget beach 34 km away. Chambéry, historic center, capital of the Dukes of Savoy at 18 km.
