Contemporary House (70 years) located on the edge of a charming hamlet typical sunny Southwest hillside. Residential quiet very close to the slopes. Pleasant comfortable cottage. South facing balcony. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. 1km from the vast 3 Valleys ski area via St-Martin-de-Belleville/Les Menuires (the largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). 13km from Val-Thorens, the highest resort in Europe at 2300m above sea level. Cross-country ski trails 1km away. Ideally located for exploring the entire massif by hiking and cycling. Bozel lake is 28km away. 3.5km from the famous Olympic resort of Les Ménuires and its many sports and leisure activities in all seasons. All shops and services 4km away. Ideal for a great skiing, sports, nature and rejuvenation holiday with the family!
