We stayed at the property for one week in January. The apartment is really cosy and well equipped. It is worth to mention that there are no bath towels or bed sheeting provided. That was a bit annoying when you are traveling from abroad. There was just one pair of keys as well which was reported to the host. I think it could be a good idea to install a key box with a code somewhere nearby the apartment door to avoid sending keys back :) overall I have to say the communication with the owner was really good and we had really good time in France.

Bonsoir Monika, Merci pour l'appréciation ,j'ai bien reçu les clés. habitant à 350 km de l'appartement je ne peut pas venir changer les draps toute les semaines, il vous à été proposé la location du linge .Je suis désolé pour le 2éme trousseau de clés ,je ne pouvais pas savoir de la perte de celui -ci par les locataires précèdent ( merci de me l'avoir signalé (n'habitant pas à coté, je ne peut pas les remplacé d'un coup de baguette magique merci de votre compréhension) Pour la boite à clés votre idée rejoint la mienne ,mais pour le moment je ne peut pas ,car je n'ai pas le droit sans autorisation du syndic de l'immeuble , il faut que j'attende la réunion du syndic au mois de juillet ,et que la majorité approuve ma demande ( il y à un règlement intérieur à respecté)

Nice, compact apartment for ski enthusiasts

Nice basic place in superb ski area. The apartment is well laid out, albeit quite compact, and convenient for a ski holiday, with an entrance hall for the wet stuff and some hooks and shelves for coats, gloves, helmets, etc. The kitchen has most things including oven, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. The raclette set was brilliant. There is a ski locker and a large parking area. The apartment is approximately 300m walk from a Sherpa supermarket. The slopes are a 300m walk at the end of a path, close enough but not quite ski in/out. From there, it's a small drop down to Sunny Express/Bruyeres/Doron/Reberty/Pointe-de-la-Masse lifts. The 3 Valleys ski area is obviously superb, with Les Menuires a convenient access point. Communications with the host were easy and quick. In short, a convenient apartment for ski enthusiasts.

Appartement très fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. Bien équipé. Il faut marcher 200m pour rejoindre les pistes et retour à ski jusqu’à l’immeuble. Très propre, parfait !

Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ausreichend Verstaumöglichkeiten, Schränke, Haken,etc.für alle Skisachen und Sonstiges. Einzig der viel zu kleine Skilocker / Skischrank im Keller wäre verbesserungswürdig. Darin fehlen auch Haken u.ä. für die Skistiefel. Wifi leider nicht verfügbar, war aber bekannt. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr gefühlt. Alles hat gut funktioniert und war recht neu, die elektronischen Rollläden waren super. Zugang zur ca. 200m entfernten Piste war aufgrund Schneemangel etwas mühsamer, als es sonst wahrscheinlich wäre. Die Skipiste führt direkt zum Sunny- Lift, somit wirklich sehr zentral gelegen. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Vos remarques et suggestions sont les bienvenues, Le placard dans le local à ski se trouve dans les parties commune ,et pour cela je ne peut rien faire ,par contre je peux mettre quelques crochets . Je vais aussi mettre un placard supplémentaire au dessus du canapé lit pour plus de rangement. Cordialement J-L D

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est petit, mais fonctionnel. L'orientation est optimale pour profiter de la petite terrasse à midi. L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux pistes et au départ de l'ESF, même si l'enneigement de cette année ne nous a pas permis le retour skis aux pieds. Cependant le chemin vers les pistes n'est pas très long. Un petit supermarché se trouve en contrebas de l'immeuble et un autre au-dessus, on peut donc trouver rapidement tout ce qu'il nous faut. L'envoi des clés à l'avance est très pratique pour une arrivée sans stress d'horaire.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel pour nous 3, petite terrasse avec balcon ou l'on a put déjeuner sous un beau soleil, très bien desservie par la navette pour un départ en ski sous par le petit chemin, mais pas de neige cette année ou bien la navette, ras dans l'ensemble

Appartement fonctionnel très propre et bien aménagé pour 2 personnes avec une chambre indépendante Nous avons apprécié la vue sur les montagnes et le balcon au soleil La résidence était très calme (peu de monde dans le immeuble) tout en étant proche du centre de Reberty Les pistes sont à 100m à pied car il n y avait plus de neige sur le petit chemin d accès ..soleil resplendissant pendant toute la semaine Parking devant la résidence Les clés sont envoyées par courrier par le propriétaire ce qui est très pratique pour l arrivée Bonne continuation
